This company has provided wrong UPC codes in their data feed file. They didn't match to the right items. As a result I have sold wrong items on www.amazon.com and ended up mailing one of them to customer and had to cancel many orders and give customers refunds. My amazon account was at risk because of them. Worst drop shipper. Stay away from them.
They add Whatever they want for shipping. RIP OFF. Call it a "freight" charge when you order a 3 oz item be ready to pay for shipping handling freight etc. NO transparancy for order. If you buy 2 items for 7.99 each it will say approz $25 when you order and then the real charge is almost $60. Dont waste your time or money
I am a customer at ASOS for a long time. And unfortunately, I'm done with this company after they never figure out with my refund on $450-600. That's a lot of money for me. I dropped my three packages more than a month ago. They never receive my packages therefore no refund for me because I don't gave proof of postage. They couldn't even provide me with a USPS tracking number that they usually send with the order. With that said, if you just drop your package without a proof of postage, you are losing you money. You are responsible for that and they will not help you with that and it us no matter how much you spend over there!
I had high hope for Petra.com specially after they make you jump through multiple hoops to get approve as a wholesaler. But it's not until you place your first order that you realize what a scam it is. When you placed and "paid" for an order (ie. Give them your credit card information) and make a Shipping Method selection they will NOT display any shipping cost. Because they will want to charge you whatever they want (see shipping method screenshot). They will even send you an order confirmation email and it still won't have any shipping cost (see screenshot). But 2 days later (after you placed and 'paid' for the order -so you thought), you will get an invoice with a 'Freight' charge and then you realize that you're are paying more than twice of what the actual advertised cost was (see screenshot). I contacted them multiple times asking for an explanation but they won't bother responding. So avoid yourself some headaches and do NOT use them as a wholesaler or dropshipper, for in my experience they have some very dishonest business practices.
I ordered a beautiful chunky knit sweater and received something cheap looking, and they did nothing
Answer: Scam. Unless you don't mind paying $27 shipping for a $7 fit in your pocket size order. They dont tell you the cost until its shipped on way and then they disclose the outrageous shipping cost
