I ordered a few different times, and I was never disappointed! The sizing was wrong on the one outfit I ordered, and they sent a new set on them in a bigger size! They didn't even make me deal with the headache of sending the other one back!
It's a small gem With beautiful designed products. I found few things I never saw anywhere else. The order was good and easy, and the shipping was faster that I expected! The products fit great and good quality. I will definitely buy again and recommend!

I have ordered from this site several time from my child and i love the clothes. Everything I have ever ordered has came in the size I ordered it, the color and the time it said it would be here. My child has several outfits/shirts and I am constantly being asked where he gets his stylish clothes from and I tell all my mom friends and strangers to order from here.
TERRIBLE. Don't order anything from them. They are deceptive. The clothes and shoes are not as cute as they make them look not the website. Took over a month for them to arrive, no receipt/invoice in the package and the shoes were in the WRONG COLOR. I ordered them with plenty of time to get them before Christmas for my niece however I only received half the items I ordered and they were in the wrong color. So upset. The shoes look cheap and smell heavily of plastic. Terrible quality!
A week ago I have looked for a present for a baby shower.
When I reached the website, I didn't know what to buy, everything is so cute! Ordered 2 bodysuits and asked them to send it to my friend. She received them 2 days ago and she is super happy. Thank you.
This company is horrible and should be shut down/prohibited from advertising on social media. I made a huge mistake and spent about $100 for my 18 month old based on what I saw advertised on their FB page. Very deceiving. My order took almost 1 month and when I finally received it, the quality was SO cheap and NOTHING like what the pictures make them appear to be. To make matters worse, the clothes are DRY CLEAN only or HAND WASH only. For an infant! The labels are mainly in Chinese and the items come in multiple packages direct from China with no invoice/receipt or return label. I posted my feelings on their FB page and the company deleted my comment and didn't message me about it. It takes A LOT for me to be completely dissatisfied and complain. I want consumers to be aware of this and don't want them to be fooled like me.

I ordered an outfit for Christmas for my baby, and couldn't be happier. He looked absorbable. It fit perfectly, comfortably, and lasted through washings. Was shipped in great time also. Couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Do not order from them. It took 3-4 months to receive my items! They all came in at different times. By the time you get them they don't even fit your baby anymore.

To echo others who have gone through similar horrific experiences with this incredulously deceitful company - it took 50 days for the delivery to arrive during which time no one could tell me where my order was and kept referring to a stupid tracking service that NEVER updated. Then products arrive straight from some factory in China with all different Chinese and Korean labels on the clothes and NOT as advertised on their website. Made complaints and showed them pictures and all they could say is 'sorry' but 'we do sell what we advertise', what a farce, and I had the pictures to prove it. They offered to send me a free item, which I rejected and instead requested they paid my shipping to return the items, and they refused. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you like disappointment.

We're really sorry for what happened to your package. It is indeed frustrating and disappointing when you never get your package. Please understand that we did send you the items and as per USPS online tracking, it was delivered last 01/11/19. Please click on the link to see that USPS did have your package and they were able to deliver it, https :// tools. Usps. Com/go/TrackConfirmAction? TRef=fullpage&tLc=2&text28777=&tLabels=LW053148771CN%2C. USPS should be able to confirm the delivery because we got it from their own tracking link.
We also have to consider the fact that USPS delivery personnel leave packages at your doorstep or mail room/box wherein other people can have access to it. That's why from our last email, we encouraged you to call your local post to file for a claim so they can start the investigation.
As much as we want to help you more, we also have our own policy to follow. Rest assured, we are always here to assist you.

WORST COMPANY! It took months to receive my baby clothes and as soon as I did they were yet and had a foul odor. They would not work with me in returning them and I had to file a dispute thru paypal. Their website is beautiful but items are TOTALLY different then what you expect!

According to USPS you have received all of your items within 2-3 weeks including processing time.
We have done a mistake and sent you the wrong color. We send thousands of items a day and mistakes might happen. You have explained to us it was time sensitive and asked for a refund.
