So far no one is responding to my emails regarding my missing items. I've emailed three times.
I'm so disappointed - this was for a gift for my daughter for her 1st birthday.
I ordered the adorable "Best Gift Ever" outfit that seemed so cute in all of the pictures. It took 2 months to get here and when I finally got it the size was way off. The smallest size they have is 0-3, but what I actually got could fit a 6+ baby. The baby is due the week of Christmas, there is no way they will grow into it in time for it to be worn at the appropriate season. Nor do they have a "smaller size". Don't waste your money

I have been waiting for almost a month for my orders, the company will not answer me I have emailed them several times! Saw this company on Facebook, I guess I should of done more research! And i have ordered 3 baby outfits for christmas and tomorrow is Christmas eve and no sign of the order of course they charged my amex the same day as the order... i wish i would of read the reviews before I wasted my $... hopefully the items show up but reading the reviews looks like I am going to be disappointed So Upset

Pictures on Facebook are misrepresentative of actual products. Quality is cheap. Sizes run significantly bigger than they say. All products are shipped from China. Be prepared to wait 1 month+ for orders. Shipment status trackers give no information and company does not respond to inquiries.

I bought three onesies from Petite Bello for my daughter. They took almost a month to come in the mail. The material is very thin and roigg, not high quality at all. And there is something off about the shape of the onesies, they don't fit well. These are cheaply made. So disappointed.

I found Petite Bello through social media. First time ever ordering through a company that reeled me in with cute ads. I looked at the website and got the impression it was sort of "boutique" baby clothes and I saw the company was based in California. The prices are higher than the big popular brands (i. E. Carters) but I thought they were cute and ordered two items. When I received the shipping notification, I saw it was coming from CHINA not California. It took about two weeks to receive it. All not a huge deal. But the clothes themselves are strange materials. Soft in the inside which is what matters, but the outside of the one garment is spandex, like the baby is going to be working out in it. Kind of strange to me. Also there are no snaps or a way to open the bottom for a diaper change. I'll have to pretty much remove the entire onsie outfit. I guess I should have read the description / inspected the photos more carefully. But with all this considered, I feel like I really overpaid for these clothes. I'll stick with shopping in stores for baby clothes from now on.

Wrote a review and got a lie of a reply. Now Im really displeased. My order was placed Jan 24th and was only updated to shipping AFTER I contacted customer service on Feb 4th and also clearly shows was sent to shipper the following day. Would really appreciate it if they could just own up to their mistakes. I order things online almost exclusively because I have a demanding full time job and have little time to shop at brick and mortar stores. This level of customer service is a joke at best. Once orders are processed and shipped we cannot stop the order any longer. First time you wrote was on Feb 4th, by then, there was nothing we could have done. Therefore, our customer agent nicely replied we cannot cancel the order.

It has been really hard to find clothes for babies that are not extremely cartoon-ish. I found Petite Bello the perfect balance of cute with new baby fashion flavor. The quality of material is remarkable. No shrinking and no fading. This company is the new wave of clothing for babies.
I have received yesterday after waiting from 2.5 weeks the bundle I have ordered. The clothes are amazing and very cute. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
It would be nice if you had the option of expedited shipping.
I ordered several outfits from Petite while I was pregnant they came well before I gave birth. The quality of the clothes are great and they fit my little boy perfectly. I have gotten so many compliments on the outfits and several people have asked where I keep all of these unique clothes. A couple of my friends have also ordered from Petite and called thanking me for the new place to buy clothes. I will definitely continue ordering clothes from Petite Bello.
Petite Bello's clothing are poor quality and look nothing like the pictures on their website. When I emailed the company to ask about returning my order, I was treated rudely and told they would not accept my return solely based on the misrepresented quality of the clothes. Unfortunately, this company takes advantage of excited parents with their deceptive Facebook ads. Ordered two playsuits for my little girl.
The playsuits are adorable and fit her just fine. I'm happy with the purchase.
The items have arrived after 3 weeks thanks to our "beloved" customs.
All in all, I'll recommend the store.
I love the camouflage outfits I bought. I got it for my daughter paying homage to my husband military background. Got her a bigger size to make sure she wont grow out of it too fast. The material is stretchy but I am okay with that since it is comfortable. The outfits look great.
The products are really cute and angelic. It suits my beautiful niece and she looks adorable and like an angel every time she wears one. Try one guys for your children!
I ordered a couple outfits for my new baby earlier this year from petite bello. My items were held at the border for some time. When I contacted the company my issue was immediately handled. The customer service was some of the best I have experienced. The clothes were adorable and fit great. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received and my baby has had plenty of wear. I also appreciated the stretchy fabric as I found it did not shrink and she is able to get more wear as she grows!
A bit before Christmas I have decided to give my niece an additional present.
I have placed an order of the cutest dress ever.
When it arrived I was very excited and she looks adorable. Size was good and I like the fabric.
Our son's nickname is Moose, so we obviously had to order the "Don't Moose With Me" romper. I have always been skeptical about ordering anything online but I was pleasantly surprised. The romper fit great and it was good quality. We couldn't be happier with the product. We will be ordering from them again.
I love the variety of clothing especially for boys. Love the sales and bundles! I order a lot online. Once in awhile something gets messed up in the delivery of my order but overall satisfaction is good.
