I got a call to let me know that they got my order and they were calling my vet for confirmation for the medication. They also took the time to help me understand the membership and how much I could save so I signed up. Super helpful!
Andrew Singer was fantastic. He helped me get the right prescription. So pleased with his help. I could not find the medicine I needed elsewhere. I found it here and Andrew helped me get the right amount at the best possible price.

Enticed by an ad for 25% off and needing to buy dog food I went to PetCareRx.com. I found the food I wanted and saw just under the food name, "FREE SHIPPING!". I put the bag in the cart but when I got to Checkout I found a shipping charge of $20.11. I checked the site and found reference to needing $48 in spending after discounts to get free shipping so to be sure I added a few treats to get above $48 but the shipping charge remained. I called their "Office" number and after much I time and 2 calls with a nice rep I was told they don't have free shipping on dog food. She could have given me free shipping to keep a customer, especially since she herself thought I should have gotten free shipping and had to ask someone else about it. But no. Clearly a deceptive site so I won't be shopping there again. BEWARE!
I placed an order and then decided to add additional items to it.
The customer service agent I spoke to was very helpful and able to add the extras and got me an additional discount going forward. She was also very pleasant to speak with.

The Website is difficult to maneuver, I cannot find anywhere to cancel my account online to do this and this will be the 2nd year that they have charged a $100 membership fee to me, no notification, it's just something that magically appears on my CC statement each year. I called the service number last year to cancel my account and thought I had this taken care of but to my displeasure I was again charged for membership which I have not used for any purchases for 2 years. Called the phone number for customer service and of course received the typical message stating "all are operators are currently busy" which really means "we're currently understaffed"... so... they give you an option to leave your call-back number which I did and to no surprise, no one called me back. Unfortunately I have to cancel my credit card so that I don't get charged again next year... this is a great concept, its just a shame that their customer service would be so unprofessional.

I used them for prescriptions for my Yorkie and when he died I had some medicine left over. They expressed sincere condolences and refunded me for the overage.
I have a second Yorkie and am now purchasing her food through them which is giving me a savings over purchasing through the vet.
They are very personable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for your pet's needs.

They advertise certain foods but deliver the wrong food and will not issue a refund. They have pictures online of the right food but the stuff they send is not the same and is different from the one pictured that I ordered. I wanted to send it back but they would not issue a return slip. I donated it to a cat rescue and told them they said that was fine but I still have no refund from them. I would not buy from them again. I will always buy from Chewy's they are the best at customer service. These people suck!

My CSR, Peggie Johnson was very helpful. Peggie had to do some investigating to find out what happened with my order. She promised to get back with me due to the lateness of the day. Not only did she call me, but she also emailed me with updates until the order was shipped. She was patient and friendly and kept her word on the follow-up.

I was trying to do a price comparison yesterday and decided to have PetCareRx call me back since the wait time was said to be long. No one called me back. So I called again today and got Peggie. I am so happy I got her on the other end of the phone! She was able to reset my login email since I couldn't login to my account, she then updated my Autoship meds with my new vet, and then helped me understand the Pet Plus program again (I was a member and didn't know it!). We've been members of Pet Plus for years so when I had trouble finding a vet-recommended supplement online, I called PetCareRX for info on special order and discounted price. CSR Cathy Addonisio took immediate action to research an apparent backlog in production and was able to give me an informed estimate on future availability. Cathy took initiative on all of this and provided me with rapid email confirmation, such that I did not waste my time or risk my dog's health with needless delay. Peggie Johnson handled the refill prescription for my dog and made the process simple and fast. I appreciated her verifying my mailing address as well as my email. In addition I learned from Peggie that PetCareRx now sells dog food. She looked up my specific food dog and gave me the weight options and prices.
