I placed an order via the website and a rep -- Oneika -- called me immediately to confirm my order. She was super helpful and really kind. And she even saved me money. Now that's great customer service.
I had trouble navigating the website as well as some items being out of stock; I called and got Peggie as my customer service rep who was wonderful! She was patient, sweet and very helpful in adjusting my order, fixing my profile, getting simparica added to the order and explaining my account to me to make sure I get the correct discounts on my next order. I feel so much better and understand now how both my petplus and pet RX account works.

As many of you know when your pets become ill you want the best for them. However, the financial burden of medication and vet care can cause additional stress. When my dog became ill and medication was the only way to give her quality of life - I did much research to find a way we can add this additional bill to our budget without a financial strain. I came across PetCareRX and they were a life saver. I have found that their medications by far are much less than any other web site and their customer service is wonderful. Recently I had to add a medication to my Auto ship and Ashley Raghoo was very helpful. She not only reassured me that I would relieve my dogs medication on time but she reminded me that I had points - (an added benefit to Auto ship) to put to toward my order which saved me even more money. If you are in the same situation, with all honesty you can't go wrong with PetCare RX - They are the best!

I experienced an issue with my pet Abby's online medication refill order getting an approval with her vet for a week of back and forth calls. I called and spoke with Theresa R. To get a status on my order yesterday evening and my order was still pending. She had excellent customer service by reassuring me she would follow up this morning on my order and call Abby's vet to get the refill approval. She has now informed me she got the approval for Abby's refill and am happy to know my 14 yr old dachshund with CHF will be getting her Vetmedin soon, thanks to Theresa.

We've been with PetCareRX for 15 years, and always have excellent service and the best prices around. I just spoke with Peggy in customer care department, she answered the phone so cheerful and I could tell right away, that she loves her job, she has been with petcarerx for 10 years, it was so pleasant speaking with her. When I call again to place an order, im asking for Peggy to speak to. She made my day with her happiness. The staff (Andrew), helped me to save money and time and effort! I didnʻt have to ask for discounts, Andrew found and applied so many that I thought for a second that PetCareRx would be paying me to use their products.

Web site does not have accurate product display, and I was sent the wrong dog food. I called but in order for me to return the 2 cases of food, I would need to pay for the shipping.
Also, this order was a prescription, and if they called the vet for verification, the vet would not approve what they sent. My vet only approves what is on my prescription.

Peggie Johnson was very helpful and personable. I knew what needed to happen with my pit bull's apoquel prescription but not sure how to get it done. For some reason my vet wrote 2 prescriptions, each with a different dosage. I was receiving the smaller dosage which was doing nothing for my girl. Peggie was so helpful in getting the issue resolved, canceling the lower dose and and setting up a delivery schedule for the correct prescription. She was a joy to do business with and is a true credit to PetCareRx.

Customer Service Rep named Peggy told me about the benefits of signing up for PetPlus with PetcareRX. At first I hesitated, but after hearing the reduced cost of the 2 items I was about to order, and free shipping, I signed up! I have already gotten back my membership fee! I have used PetcareRX for many many years and have never had any issues with my orders or delivery. If my prescription renewal has run out, they contact the vet for me too! I see some negative reviews regarding the heart medication that is often out of stock. I have needed this product too for several dogs over many years. This is not a ploy with Petcare RX, this is a true issue with the medication manufacturer everywhere in the US. There is one supplier and MANY dogs are using it. We need alternate sources ASAP to alleviate the ongoing and constant shortages, but that is not PetcareRx's fault. Peggy also helped me clean up some outdated information in my profile while we were on the phone. Thank you Peggy!

PetCareRX is a wonderful company to deal with. Even when the delivery carrier is at fault, they resolve the error immediately. It's comforting to know that my precious little JayJay (cat) will have his dietary needs met. This is the second time I had to contact them for a problem with delivery and they are so courteous and professional and really vested in my satisfaction. I couldn't love them more!

I had the most amazing experience with Balfour Watkins today. I'd inadvertently selected the wrong medication for my dog (based on size). When fulfilling my order, Balfour immediately caught my mistake and reached out to me to confirm and he was correct. He immediately corrected and processed my order. Amazing!

These people lie about shipping and fill orders wrong!
Dont use them. They will ship wrong product and never answer phone. Always a 30 minute hold and supervisors never available. Threatened to sue them and got an overnight.

This was my first time ordering from PetCare Rx and I made a mistake when I placed my order online. Peggie was first and foremost very friendly and professional. She was able to correct my mistake and told me about the special they were having on the membership fee. Guess it was a good thing I called in! I was called by Andrew Singer after my first order and asked if I was interested in joining the club. Andrew was helpful, knowledgeable and knew the plan and products that he was presenting. Very professional. The club plan offered was reasonably priced and the benefits seemed to be of value. I did correct Andrew and told him I'm now in the clurb!
Answer: PetPlus is a scam. You pay $50 a year and pay top dollar if you use your local pharmacy! Stay away. Go on goodrx.com and save money and $50 membership!
