I ordered over $100 worth of pet food. I received an email offering a better discount, stating they could not reach me by phone. I called but the person who sent the email wasn't available. I was told that since my order totaled more than $100 I was eligible for a free one year membership, and they needed a card on file, I was assured that my card would not be charged until next year at the renewal rate. I woke up to a $48 charge. They had no record of who I spoke with that promised the membership, and claimed that the person who sent me the email was the one who offered the membership at a discount, not free. I cancelled the membership that was supposed to be free, and cancelled my order. I can't do business with a company that charges my card at whim, or doesn't tell me beforehand exactly what they are charging and why.
PetCareRX does not stand behind mission statement. "We understand that pets are family and we prioritize your pet's safety and well being"
Barkworthies Elk antlers did not come individually packaged as shown on PetCareRX website. The antlers I received were thrown in a box and were different than what I ordered. Quality control and customer care is horrible. Requested a FULL refund and was declined. Will not order from PetCareRX in the future.
I was contacted by Christina Flores to verify an address. She then pitched membership. At first I was quite reluctant, but she explained the economics of membership, and essentially for only a few dollars I would have the opportunity to save significant sums during the year. I did sign up for a one-year membership. And then she helped me with passwords. She was quite patient and informative. I understand that I have to be vigilant and decide myself whether in one year I want to continue membership. If I do nothing, then membership will automatically renew. Will I remember? I'll let you know in one year.
Just got a wonderful call from Andrew regarding my recent order. He kindly updated me with the specifics of the order and suggested a PetPlus option to save me even more money on my order. Thanks again Andrew!

Ordered catfood that they didnt even have. Then they send me emails for a discount if i join the membership. Then thats when the azzholes decide to lemme know that they dont have the catfood and they are sending a box of treats that i dont want and i will have to pay to return it. Serious fugheads. Stay clear. Big scammers

I couldn't get my cats prescription food locally as the company was having distribution delays. I came across your website and with the help of Theresa, an account was established, my vet was called promptly for required prescription and the order for cat food was placed. Not only are they on a prescription diet, they are also picky about their food. Fortunately I received the delivery of their food before I ran out.

This is my second prescription order from PetRX for my little Yorkie, Maggie. They have folllowed up both times to confirm the order and to let me know when it would be shipped. Although I'm not a fan of "add on" selling, Cathy A., CSR, did not push but did let me know that it would save me money in a matter of months to become a member. So I did and I'm pleased. The prescriptions will be less expensive and shipping will be free. Impressive customer service!

Christina Flores called to review my online order. She began the "upsell" of the membership plan soon after my answering a few questions. I was skeptical. But after reviewing the savings I would receive on the products I regularly buy and the free shipping I would receive on the order I just placed, I about broke even on the first order including the membership. My dogs are dead. Now all of a sudden, I keep getting messages only on my voicemail to call *******427 about my order. Two to three a week, this company is bad news, get your stuff from your vet as Petcare will continue to harass you.
Christina handled everything and did the proper research to figure out what was wrong and she did so quickly and efficiently and corrected my account balance to reflect my membership so it was a superb customer service experience. I perchance heart worm chewable pills for my dog. I received an email saying that it was delivered on the 21st. Checked the mail that day and a couple days later and still nothing. I called customer service of pertcarerx, and the lady said that I should reach out to USPS. Well feel she could have done a better job, since I did perchance the product from pertcarerx. I guess I can always call my bank and get my money back.

Unlike others here who seemed to have had problems I got a great deal on my pet's expensive flea/heartworm med (Trifexis). Promptly shipped. I had one month left from a previous purchase and even though my dog has been on this med for years she suddenly became sick from it and my vet wants to switch to another med. I called Petcarerx. I was able to return the unopened shipping box and get a full refund.

My sweet 140lb St. Bernard Sophie is incontinent, sadly. She is my grandchildren's favorite puppy at 7yrs old. She has been on Incurin for several months now and it has saved my bedroom carpet, thank goodness. When I was informed that her meds were out of stock I panicked and began searching the web for a reliable pharmacy because she can not be without this medication. PetCareRx was the Only service (of 7 I checked with along with my vets office) that had the meds in stock. I just want you to know that an employee of yours, Tamara, went way beyond me to assist me in getting the necessary scripts from my Vet, She also informed me that there was an overnight delivery because I needed this medication asap. I was giving the staff at East Valley Animal Hospital the incorrect fax number and Tamara caught my mistake and gave me the correct fax number. Thanks to her the medicine is on its way, shipping overnight.

I can't stress enough how much I appreciate Peggie Johnson. She keeps me aware of what is due and when. She reminds me that it's probably time for heart worm or my membership is about to renew. She is so knowledgeable of all thst is available to me... and willing to help and go above and beyond when we are having issues getting vets to reply to our request for heartworm medication. She always takes care of it quickly and I can see a smile on her face because I hear it in her voice. She is the kindest, sweetest, hardest working person I have ever dealt with. She is my favorite girl and I don't know what I would do without her!
