I have done quite a bit of sales with petblve over the years. Recently, I ordered a canister filter from petblvd, and when the unit arrived, there was a minor defect in the media basket. I informed the sales dept, who was quick to respond, and they contacted the product's company for me insuring that a replacement part would be sent. In the I was sent a FULL replacement filter. Needless to say I was very surprised and will continue to do business with Petblvd.com

Love this website! I highly recommend it to anyone with pets. Absolute best prices I could find on saltwater aquarium supplies on the Internet. Also my order was shipped out very quickly and shipping was under $5.00! Great customer service as well. I will continue to order from them and tell others about them.

I wanted 1 rabbit cage and entered 1 in quanity but when I got the email receit it said I ordered 16 rabbit cages for a grand total of 106 dollars. Then when I called to cancel they said it was to late I had to pay and if I want a refund I had to pay the return shipping.

I ordered a turtle tub kit and they just sent me 2 tubs, not kits. They said that the pics were messed up on the website, that the kit and the tub had the same pics on accident.(i only ordered 1) I recieved my package from ups and I got a box that was peiced togeter with packing tape and had no packing slip. I called the company to return one of the tubs and the people told me that i have to pay to ship it back, they refused to send me a lable to send it. They told me its my fault and that it says i ordered 2 (but i only have one turtle, why would i order 2 tubs?) I went to ups to see how much it was to send, they said $136.00 from california back to virginia. Now I am losing out on money either way because each tub was $84 and it would cost $136 to send it back. They said i would get my money when they get the tub back, but what is the point when i have to pay that much to ship
