I bought my neighbors a wind chime from Personalization Mall, it was well made, and absolutely gorgeous! They recently had to put their dog to sleep and this was the perfect gift! Thank you so much!
They charged me $25.00 to ship a 12x16x2 box that weighed 3 pounds! They said it was "heavy" so they had to charge more. Their ads state 20% off "site-wide" with coupon, but since almost everything is "on sale" they coupon doesn't really work! I'll never order from them again and wouldn't have ordered this time but needed it for a special occasion. In my opinion - total rip off.
Doormat insert too small for rubber tray and not secured so it moves. Letters are weirdly smeared and not like the sample you have to approve before ordering. Def not quality worthy of the $95 BEFORE the express shipping added to total $132. Wish I would have read all the bad reviews prior to ordering
I've ordered my items on November 10,2020. It says ships within 2-4 business days. Today is December 21,2020. And I haven't received anything yet. Ive email them twice and no one contact me back. I'm not even getting a update on anything. I've ordered these items for Christmas gifts. I've emailed them and ask them can they refund me my money. No one cares to respond. This is ridiculous! Where's my order? Or refund? I've ordered again on November 17th and have received that order. But not November 10th order. Could someone tell me why is that?
Ordered 3 personalized throws. 1 was nice, the 2nd one ok but the 3rd one was cheap & their was a line right through the name. Can't believe it was sent out that way. Terry

I bought golf balls, and had them personalized. I received them fast. They were personalized as I wanted. The problem was that the lettering was very small. In fact it was so small that it was difficult to make out. I'm not saying that that this company is not worth doing business with, but unless you have superman vision the personal inscription will be difficult to see.
Because a golf ball is, itself, small, the font has to be sized to fit. There is a template for the machine that adds the personalization and that is the size to which the font is set.
Name on mug is placed for use by a left handed person, Very disappointed that an option was not offered at time of ordering. Should come through for use by right handed individuals as they are the majority.
Sorry for the confusion Evelyn. With must mugs the personalization is intended to face away on the outside of the mug. We appreciate your feedback and will look into offering additional options.
I ordered 2 Family Bibles for wedding gifts. I also purchased, for $6.99 each, gift boxes for both of them. One of the gift boxes was nice the other one was ripped in four places. The large box they arrived in was not damaged at all. I called and requested another gift box and was told by customer service that they couldn't send me just a gift box. I was very disappointed that they would even send a box so chewed up and ratty looking. They said they would reimburse me the $6.99 which is ok but I wanted the gift box I purchased.

The customer service. Long story short I paid for rush shipping and it wasn't rushed. Talked to a very rude lady that didn't seem to care. They refunded me the amount for the rush shipping but the attitude was so bad. Other than that one time I have always loved everything I have ever ordered from there. Just hope I never have to deal with the customer service again.
I ordered an apron for my mom for christmas from my kids and although it took some time to get it was worth it and very nice. I ordered another one for my MIL and it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received it yet. Personalization Mall had it shipped out within 3 days and now it is stuck somewhere in transit. I think there must be a more efficient way to ship items. I am worried I will not have it in time for the holiday even though it was ordered a month early.
I ordered 6 coffee cups and it says on tgere to review your picture cause they don't do any touch ups. So I did and my kids eyes are black underneath and its not what tge picture looked like on there webpage. Very disappointed.
