I bought from them once over the summer and they signed me up for a subscription without my consent. If their product was truly that great, they wouldn't feel the need to scam their customers.

USED THIS PRICEY PRODUCT FOR MONTHS WITHOUT RESULTS! I WANTED TO IMPROVE THE UPPER LIDS WRINKLES BUT I GOT MORE WRINKLES UNDER THE EYES BECAUSE OF IT. LESS WRINKLES NOW THAT I STOPPED USING A FEW WEEKS AGO. NEVER USED A CREAM THAT WORKED IN REVERSE.
DO NOT BUY PERRICONE MD - WASTE OF MONEY.

This product has been around a long time - so I thought it was SAFE. This is the FIRST product I have ever been ALLERGIC to, so I didn't recognize it. I stopped it for a week because I thought it was bothering me, Applied it yesterday an HOLY HANNA, I now can't stop the BURN and hives. I now know this is what affected my face an it will be thrown away. I will also warn others

I can name Perricone MD as my absolute rescuer on my way to healthy skin. As I remember I always had problems, oily skin, so acne was my chronic disease which created a lot of problems. I tried everything, but when I changed my everyday skincare routine to Perricone my skin said thanks for me. I have been using Perricone MD ACNE RELIEF Prebiotic Acne Therapy this is the set of programs that you should use daily twice. I am so grateful that one day I decided to use these products. Also, I have a good one cream, which rescues me even in cold weather - Nourishing cream for sensitive and problem skin in green version - it is my absolute LOVE!

I have been trying for months to be reimbursed for a product that DID NOT do anything! They keep on blaming it on lack of communication NO I SENT mail and I have reply mail to prove that! Then they used the lapse of time to elongate their 45 days, therefore saying it has been to long to reimburse me! EVEN THOUGH I have mail to justify the fact that I contacted them BEFORE the 45 days!
They are scammers!

I was sucked in by the TV commercial. Picked up the phone and ordered my first set for $55. I spoke with a rep on the phone and asked for the $55 combo, said that this is all I want from them, no further transactions or purchases or extras, just this one combo. I gave my credit card info and was all set.
About a week later I received my package and a shocking surprise on my bank account. They charged it twice! I called and asked for an explanation immediately. The rep on the phone assured me it is standard procedure by saying this:
"We always charge our customers twice because that is how we check if they have enough money on their account."
HUH?!?! For what, I asked! The rep said that is just standard procedure. Of course, I didn't believe her so I said to the rep right away that I DO NOT WANT ANY RECURRING PURCHASES OR CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT, no subscriptions, no memberships, etc. She went on to assure me that would not happen and that my purchase was a one time transaction. I thanked her and hung up.
Yesterday, after 30 days they charged me again.
I am livid.
I called them immediately and was promised a refund confirmation email and a refund. I have received neither. It has been two days now. I have informed my bank and reported the misuse of my credit card. Hopefully it will resolve positively.
Oh, and I have yet to review in detail the actual product, which seems to be after 30 days of use actually worsening the state of my skin. The person on the phone selling it was rushing the whole transaction as if she wanted to quickly shove me with a crappy product and collect.

Used product for 60 days as directed. Saw no improvement. I did in fact notice it has dried my skin out terribly. Please don't waste your money on this, yet another, skincare scam.

I used to like this brand so much, I honestly thought they had best quality until I discovered that the ingredients they are using are actually hazardous and very dangerous to put on your face, not only they are dangerous for your health they cause endocrine disruptions, the main ingredient Butylphenyl methylpropional is also known as LILIAL has been banned in EU because of being harmful to human fertility. Imagine putting this crap on your face every day, trusting these people that they are selling creme to help with wrinkles and stuff but instead you are slowly killing yourself, the ingredients they are using messes with your thyroid, hormones and fertility. I've contacted them to get my refund not only they never opened a claim to at least pretend they care but also they refused to refund my money I paid to them. I am reporting them to BBB

Bought: High Potency Hyaluronic Intensive Hydrating Serum, Face Finishing Firmness Moisturizer + Cold Plasma Sub-D
Used: 2 months
Results: No visible change
Other: *Products do not layer well. *They pill and sluff-
*Tried moistening face before applying, used even smaller amts of product with same results.
All 3 products were highly scented and eventually irritated my skin.
Price: Not cost effective for repeat purchase
Summary: Once again a Dr selling snake oil at exorbitant prices.

Over priced products for one. And two, when you try to cancel their subscription they keep sending you the products and charging you. I CALLED AND CANCELED FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES. Every time they say they have no log as me calling and canceling... surprise surprise. So now I have to cancel my credit card and write it off as a fraudulent charge. Save yourself the time and headache and never purchase these products.

This company auto subscribes people who buy their products and charges after purchase every month and it's impossible to stop the subscription! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Wow I am shocked that a business like this would try to pull off such a sketchy scam. Back in September I ordered their plasma D neck cream when it was on sale. Which by the way, RIP OFF. On sale price was $120 for a tiny little container (boxy charm had a much bigger size from them for a quarter of the price) so that was a rip off. Anyway, this morning (December 7) I check my credit card and I have a $150 charge from them! I never authorized this. I then call them and the lady I spoke to seemed so nonchalant about this like she deals with it all the time with her speech prepared that I agreed to a subscription when I purchased my first order. I DONT EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH A PASSWORD. How did I agree to anything when I can't even check an account with any details or even a tracking number!? So she cancels my subscription and says the $150 order is already on the way so that can't be canceled. So this $150 order I'm being sent is just the same plasma d I ordered back in September but just $30 more! I was trying not to be rude to the lady I was speaking to but I couldn't help but laugh when she tried convincing me to not cancel and that she would give me a bigger discount for staying subscribed. Uh, NO. I would have maybe considered if I wasn't conned into agreeing to a subscription. After I say no, she asks me how much I use the product and still trying to convince me to not cancel. The frustration was hard to hide. I told her I do not have more than $100 to be spending on a small amount of product every month. In this economy? Haha no. I will most definitely be marking the charge as fraud through my credit card. I will never make the mistake of purchasing from this website and you shouldn't either.

NON-STOP DELIVERY AND CHARGES: I LOVE the Sub D, but the product was being delivered too fast! I tried to put on hold numerous times.
