I purchased the perricone MD cold plasma plus face lotion and wow what a mistake. I opened it and it REEKS like rancid oil or paint. Called customer service who let the higher ups know and they sent me an email that they don't do returns lol no concern that their product is old or rancid. Save your hard earned money and don't get fooled into purchasing this junk.
The products themselves are okay. Formula has declined since I first purchased it years ago, but I still splurged on some for myself recently. Those products never arrived. My rating is for their customer service and fulfillment center. The fulfillment center shipped me a box of skincare from a totally different store, no where near the value of what I purchased. They use a third party delivery service that's impossible to track, the post office says my return was "delivered to shipping agent" for that company, yet Perricone says they don't see it in the system. Feels like I'm being set up for them to say they never received it now that it's out of USPS tracking and with their third party company where I can't see the progress. The whole return process takes an insanely long time, the "shipping agent" got it a week ago, and they're saying it'll be another two weeks to see if they even receive it. The whole thing feels like a scam, which is insane from such a luxury brand. They charge way too much for service like this. Attaching pics of the order vs what they sent me. Will not buy from this company again.
My original order was delayed due to an incorrect zip code, which when I called 2 weeks later to find out where my order was, I was told the zip code issue was fixed and my order would take another 2 weeks to go all the way back to NJ and re-ship. 2 week later still no product and it was just arriving on the east coast at the warehouse again this week. I would further have to cancel the order and re-create my entire order myself - no customer service, just "sorry". My order and products were substantial and I don't need them that bad if a company can't do better than that with their customers. I don't recommend if you need their product right away, it seems they use the slowest methods possible to get them to people. And their customer service is even slower.
I purchased Perricone MD Sub Plasma during the black Friday sale, it was around 44.00. Then a few weeks later I got a package in the mail and opened it. It was another shipment of the same product, which I did not order. I checked my credit card statement and I had been charged 161.00. I absolutely lost it and called the company and the agent told me I was signed up for a subscription, which I had not signed up for and after making a big stink she told me to send the product back and I would get a refund.
I waited till after the holidays and paid 15.00 to send it back.
I waited and never got a refund. A few phone calls later I did get a refund of 149.00 and was told they wouldn't refund the shipping, so in essence I spent about 30.00 on shipping for something I never ordered. In my opinion this company is preying on people and it's wrong. They used to be a good company, but apparently were sold.I don't even know if the products are any good anymore, I certainly don't have that kind of money to find out. Stay away! They will rip you off!
This product did not work at all. And try to get a refund because they will rip you off. I purchased 200 dollars worth and after 17 tries, two months of battle, and finally going through my credit card with a complaint, I was given back just a portion of the purchase. STAY AWAY!
Wow I am shocked that a business like this would try to pull off such a sketchy scam. Back in September I ordered their plasma D neck cream when it was on sale. Which by the way, RIP OFF. On sale price was $120 for a tiny little container (boxy charm had a much bigger size from them for a quarter of the price) so that was a rip off. Anyway, this morning (December 7) I check my credit card and I have a $150 charge from them! I never authorized this. I then call them and the lady I spoke to seemed so nonchalant about this like she deals with it all the time with her speech prepared that I agreed to a subscription when I purchased my first order. I DONT EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH A PASSWORD. How did I agree to anything when I can't even check an account with any details or even a tracking number!? So she cancels my subscription and says the $150 order is already on the way so that can't be canceled. So this $150 order I'm being sent is just the same plasma d I ordered back in September but just $30 more! I was trying not to be rude to the lady I was speaking to but I couldn't help but laugh when she tried convincing me to not cancel and that she would give me a bigger discount for staying subscribed. Uh, NO. I would have maybe considered if I wasn't conned into agreeing to a subscription. After I say no, she asks me how much I use the product and still trying to convince me to not cancel. The frustration was hard to hide. I told her I do not have more than $100 to be spending on a small amount of product every month. In this economy? Haha no. I will most definitely be marking the charge as fraud through my credit card. I will never make the mistake of purchasing from this website and you shouldn't either.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will charge your card for over $300 for products you do not want. They do it without your permission. I have never left a negative review but I want to protect others.
This product is a very poor quality. While they claim it is a wrinkle remover in fact it dried my skin badly and made more wrinkles to appear. On top of that after I purchased a sample for $40 I was automatically signed up for auto delivery. I called the customer service and they stopped further deliveries but didn't give me the option to return their product. So now I am stuck with $173 of useless junk.
Without signing up you will be charged $260 dollars a month later for a subscription! This is an absolute scam, and there is no email/phone communication to address the issue.
This product was my first absolute necessity in my morning make-up routine. I loved the perfect tinting it gave and the shine that made my face look healthy. The last jar I purchased directly from Perricone does not have a tint. Very disappointed that the tinting is not consistent.
The products are of average quality. The green bottle I like best. Bottles are filled a little more than half. The subscription cost per month is well hidden, with no informing email whatsoever. I did not know the amount until they charged me $285 in my PayPal account. When I saw it, it was too late to cancel the charge.
I placed an order for a trial product for $69, of their skincare for vacation, not realizing that this order automatically put me into a subscription. I discovered this from an email informing me of a charge for $340! The email came at 3:40 am, and I saw it around 9am. I called to stop the shipment, but they had their practiced speech of how they couldn't do that, and I could cancel future shipments. I did not want the one they were sending me, but they said it was too late because the order was processing (but not shipped). They told me I had to wait till the order arrived(7-10 days) before I could send it back, and then have to pay for the shipping and handling, and then the reimbursement wont happen till another 7-10 business days! That's almost 20 days before I get my money back for something I didn't know I signed up for! Shady practices and lousy customer service! Buyer Beware!
Ordered product, was sent NOTHING in the box. Now they are asking me to send images, the tracking info of shipping that they sent! Reported as SCAM because they are one! Stay away!

I received a very negative reaction from "Hight Potency Classics Face Finishing & Firming Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30". My skin (at 44 years old) broke out terribly and lasted for over 3 days. I requested a return less than a week after receiving the delivery direct from their website and they've been giving me the run-around for more than a week now. The latest request was a 4 page document I was asked to complete. I will never again buy from this company and I strongly advise others to stay far, far away.
I am a new Perricone MD customer. I placed my first order and if you order over a certain amount you get a nice travel bag with some sample products. The problem - they sent me what appears to be someone's return. The product had been opened and had makeup smeared on it, the bottom of the bag had two stains in it - one being from the persons makeup. I reached out to Perricone and it's been a week of BS - they were going to replace the bag and items, they sold out of it so they are giving me something bigger, what they want to send is $100 less in value with less product than what I was supposed to get. Good luck with this company - the shipping took forever and while I really liked the products I purchased sort of grossed out with them sending me someone's return and then having zero consistent customer service to resolve the matter. Avoid them...
No, no, no. Products are ok, smell is horrible. Wouldn't reuse. Biggest issue is it is a subscription service managed by Guthy Renker, so got charged almost $300 for the next shipment. Didn't know it was coming as I didn't read the fine print and it showed up. Never again. I have to pay to mail it back. And then 2 weeks later I get a refund. Willing to bet I have to call again to get the refund as he recommended "keep the tracking just in case". Yeah - you bet I will.
I like the Perricone MD moisturizer and neck cream; however, if you order their promotion, they then start sending you the product automatically. I called to cancel getting the product and it took me almost an hour to get a cancellation confirmation. They offered me discounts to try to keep me on as a customer! I finally told them bluntly that I am canceling now. If you send me any other products, I will not pay for them! It was then thst I got a cancellation confirmation number.
I really thought I would try I order at 7am and then saw the not so good reviews try to call they open at 9 am callled at 9am told the customer service person I think I want to cancel please just placed the order. She said sorry I can cancel future but not this one we shipped. I said I doubt that you just open and I just did unwilling to cancel. I'm still working with credit card to stop payment. They sent out and I ask multiple times for a return slip. They block my email. Not a good company and not worth trying.
