When you buy direct from Perricone MD it is almost impossible to get a refund. The Lifting Serum caused a bad skin reaction on my face. I contacted Perricone from my logged in account, requesting a refund. The reply asked me several questions and wanted an uploaded photo. I did what they asked. They gave me a run around about how they were reporting the problem and never got back to me. Almost any store would refund your money without questions if you had a bad skin reaction. If you want a supplier that stands behind their product, do not buy on this site.

The company charged my account twice after it has been inactivated and yesterday sent me notification of upcoming transaction from my bank account.
For two months I'm trying to clarify the situation and get my money back. I contacted their customer service by phone and via email but my issue is still not solved. Perricone MD customer service is absolutely useless and disappointing.

This is the worst company ever. Purchase their products for my wife's birthday. Shipment finally arrived without any shipping slip and missing product. Contacted them asking them where the missing product was and their reply was oops, we forgot to pack everything. Promised to ship replacement product. Never arrived. Contacted again, oops, we forgot to send it but no worries we are now sold out. Sorry, we will give you a partial refund but that's it. I told them that was unacceptable and they didn't care. Asked for the issue to be escalated up but never heard anything. So, buy at your own risk and hope you never have a problem because if you do they won't do anything.

I was never the type to spend over $100 on skin care products but my skin was lacking in luster and just not looking as youthful as I felt it should considering that I am in my early 30's. I decided to do some research to find an all in one anti-aging product and discovered Cold Plasma by Perricone MD. In a word: WOW. It claimed to treat the 10 visible signs of again and did it ever! I LOVE this product - it is worth every cent!

Also, I was surprised by the quick reply of girl from custoer service and her recommendations.

This company is a scam. I ordered in March what I thought was a one time order for $74.50. I kept seeing charges on my account each month. When I contacted their customer service department, I was told that the $74.50 was the first installment and the other two charges were 'installment' payments. After receiving a second shipment, I requested a cancellation. They said I could send the shipment back and would be reimbursed and the account cancelled. Fingers crossed that they will honor that statement. I'll update my review if they do not.

If you want to improve your skin, by making it bright, smooth and healthy, just try products of this swiss brand. My skin has never been so good and that is thanks to the excellent daily care programm. Lots of products of this brand aimed at improving skin with anti age effect. But thanks to the girl from customer service I ordered Perricone MD hypoallergenic cbd sensitive skin therapy cream which also hydrate the skin, make it so bright, despite being for senstitive skin it has firming effect but without skin tightness. Also want to recommend vitamin C brightening serum, guess this product will be suitable for girls with post acne dots.

I love lots of products of this brand, even my mom has the series of their cosmetics for skin with wrinkles and for deep hydration.
Mine favourite product is Firming Eye Cream. I use this product usually at bed time so it can be absorbed into the skin on my eye lids. More than once this product has taken the redness, puffiness and irritation from my upper and lower eye lids from using too much of the wrong kind of make up. I never want to run out of it, just in case there is a flareup but I no longer use that kind of make up on my eyes!

It's like giving money away, but not for the poor... Ordered directly from PMD website. Goods priced over 200$ - they posted with no tracking number, nothing. All got lost, for some reason my order was dispatched in separate items... Asked for replacement. Waited another month. Nothing... "Oh yes", they said, " we cannot replace cos some items are out f stock"... I was told to be given a refund- nothing... No money, no items just a sour taste of perricone. Do not buy from them! Paulas Choice! Now that's the company with proper customer care!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will charge your card for over $300 for products you do not want. They do it without your permission. I have never left a negative review but I want to protect others.

I bought 2oz Perricone MD Face Finishing & Firming Moisturizer. Sorry, nothing special and no results to my skin. Feels moisturizing, but no more than other products that are much less expensive.

This company is HORRIBLE! They sent me a shipment I didn't order. I had to contact them twice to cancel. The first time they didn't actually cancel. The 2nd time they kept me on a chat for almost 30 minutes refusing to cancel my subscription but instead kept trying to sell more products. I used an entire box with ZERO results.

I purchased Perricone MD Sub Plasma during the black Friday sale, it was around 44.00. Then a few weeks later I got a package in the mail and opened it. It was another shipment of the same product, which I did not order. I checked my credit card statement and I had been charged 161.00. I absolutely lost it and called the company and the agent told me I was signed up for a subscription, which I had not signed up for and after making a big stink she told me to send the product back and I would get a refund.
I waited till after the holidays and paid 15.00 to send it back.
I waited and never got a refund. A few phone calls later I did get a refund of 149.00 and was told they wouldn't refund the shipping, so in essence I spent about 30.00 on shipping for something I never ordered. In my opinion this company is preying on people and it's wrong. They used to be a good company, but apparently were sold.I don't even know if the products are any good anymore, I certainly don't have that kind of money to find out. Stay away! They will rip you off!

Ordered product, was sent NOTHING in the box. Now they are asking me to send images, the tracking info of shipping that they sent! Reported as SCAM because they are one! Stay away!
