This is the worst company ever. Purchase their products for my wife's birthday. Shipment finally arrived without any shipping slip and missing product. Contacted them asking them where the missing product was and their reply was oops, we forgot to pack everything. Promised to ship replacement product. Never arrived. Contacted again, oops, we forgot to send it but no worries we are now sold out. Sorry, we will give you a partial refund but that's it. I told them that was unacceptable and they didn't care. Asked for the issue to be escalated up but never heard anything. So, buy at your own risk and hope you never have a problem because if you do they won't do anything.

I can name Perricone MD as my absolute rescuer on my way to healthy skin. As I remember I always had problems, oily skin, so acne was my chronic disease which created a lot of problems. I tried everything, but when I changed my everyday skincare routine to Perricone my skin said thanks for me. I have been using Perricone MD ACNE RELIEF Prebiotic Acne Therapy this is the set of programs that you should use daily twice. I am so grateful that one day I decided to use these products. Also, I have a good one cream, which rescues me even in cold weather - Nourishing cream for sensitive and problem skin in green version - it is my absolute LOVE!

I could not use the product after giving it a sincere try. The "automatic" shipment kicked in and had already been mailed by the time I called them to return the unused portion of the product. They said "no problem" just return that unopened and we will refund your money. I did and they are telling me i have a $9.67 credit to purchase more product (that I cannot use). First the Automatic shipping was unclear and second they did NOT live up to their promise. The product made me turn red and itch. Wish I would have taken pictures but it's too late now. This company is a scammer. Don't do business with them. They DO NOT respond to any of my emails either. Pretty much said "too bad".

I first tried High Potency Classics Face Finishing & Firming Moisturizer from the American doctor Perricone MD when I bought a travel kit, and since then I have been buying a full-size jar on the official website for several years.
After the first application, the Face Finishing & Firming Moisturizer was absorbed very quickly, leaving only a neat, matte, even tone on the skin. It was love, as my skin rejects most of the other creams. The cream perfectly moisturizes, does not leave an oily sheen, does not roll, does not create a film, the skin under it feels free to breathe, it soothes it, redness and irritation disappear immediately (for a while, of course), the skin looks well-groomed, the pores do not clog, lays down easily and evenly.

It's like giving money away, but not for the poor... Ordered directly from PMD website. Goods priced over 200$ - they posted with no tracking number, nothing. All got lost, for some reason my order was dispatched in separate items... Asked for replacement. Waited another month. Nothing... "Oh yes", they said, " we cannot replace cos some items are out f stock"... I was told to be given a refund- nothing... No money, no items just a sour taste of perricone. Do not buy from them! Paulas Choice! Now that's the company with proper customer care!

When you buy direct from Perricone MD it is almost impossible to get a refund. The Lifting Serum caused a bad skin reaction on my face. I contacted Perricone from my logged in account, requesting a refund. The reply asked me several questions and wanted an uploaded photo. I did what they asked. They gave me a run around about how they were reporting the problem and never got back to me. Almost any store would refund your money without questions if you had a bad skin reaction. If you want a supplier that stands behind their product, do not buy on this site.

If you want to improve your skin, by making it bright, smooth and healthy, just try products of this swiss brand. My skin has never been so good and that is thanks to the excellent daily care programm. Lots of products of this brand aimed at improving skin with anti age effect. But thanks to the girl from customer service I ordered Perricone MD hypoallergenic cbd sensitive skin therapy cream which also hydrate the skin, make it so bright, despite being for senstitive skin it has firming effect but without skin tightness. Also want to recommend vitamin C brightening serum, guess this product will be suitable for girls with post acne dots.

I have been trying for months to be reimbursed for a product that DID NOT do anything! They keep on blaming it on lack of communication NO I SENT mail and I have reply mail to prove that! Then they used the lapse of time to elongate their 45 days, therefore saying it has been to long to reimburse me! EVEN THOUGH I have mail to justify the fact that I contacted them BEFORE the 45 days!
They are scammers!

I love lots of products of this brand, even my mom has the series of their cosmetics for skin with wrinkles and for deep hydration.
Mine favourite product is Firming Eye Cream. I use this product usually at bed time so it can be absorbed into the skin on my eye lids. More than once this product has taken the redness, puffiness and irritation from my upper and lower eye lids from using too much of the wrong kind of make up. I never want to run out of it, just in case there is a flareup but I no longer use that kind of make up on my eyes!

My Take:
I use this product after I thoroughly washed my face. I started from the base of my neck all the way up to my hairline being careful around my eyes. It was gentle on my oily face did not leave my face feeling oily, it left my face feeling nice and moisturize. I did feel a slight tingling sensation as stated. The smell though I really did not like, I would have preferred non scented but oh well what do you supposed to do. It has a wood scent.
This product is quite pricey! A price tag of $99. Down from $125. So this stuff should work great! I'm including the link so if you want to snag one you can!
