"The prices here, seem just the same as in a department store. Just because you slap a discount number next to it displaying "Oh you have save 50%" doesn't mean that actually 50% has been saved. I shop and love perfume, parfum, splashes and I don't see that much being saved with your so call percentiles."-Mrs. S. Jones

If you pay for the subscription, there is a good chance you may never get your perfume of the month. I paid about 3 weeks ago and customer service has not shipped a product, refunded me, or even given me proper responses. I have included photos below where they said my product would be shipped soon over 2 weeks ago. BEWARE!

Terrible Customer Service

Placed an order to arrive by Christmas. Site said it would ship in 2-3 days. No notice at all and then I have to call and wait 20 minutes on hold to hear they are out of stock on the item. No apologies nothing. Awful

Not happy

Im really upset with the product I bought how can I return it because it's a waste of money and time it smells different and doesn't last five minutes since my 20 years of using declaration this is the worst very upsetting

Not refunding

I was going to buy some perfume. Entered my card details long number. Then found it cheaper elsewhere. So I didn't complete the purchase. Had an email saying that the card had been rejected. I didn't do anything about it. Few days later it arrived. Now they've not sent a return label. I've emailed them for over a week now. My bank say ask for a refund. And so it goes on.

Misleading Advertising

They advertise delivery within 4-9 business days. What a joke! When sending a enquiry a response saying they will answer with 1 day another joke. I now have no Christmas gift for my daughter. Will never buy again from this site.

Never received my order!

I am so disappointed with perfume.com I ordered perfume as a Christmas gift long before Christmas Day and till today I have yet to receive it. And their site makes it so difficult to contact and get help on the order. As an instagram influencer I will be sure to let my followers know never to buy anything from here. Disappointing!

They used to be my go-to but twice now orders that we're guaranteed to ship the same day, within 3 hours never shipped at all! I'm sick of waiting for refunds and never getting my perfumes! I will NEVER use you again!

You can stop sending me all the same now thanks!

Disappointing return experience

Wide selection of perfumes, and item arrived quickly once ordered. However, when I opened the perfume, it smelled nothing like a previous bottle (bought elsewhere) I had of the same product. I used the "chat" function to connect with customer services who expressed I may have gotten an "old batch", and expressed I could return the item (as they do not do exchange).

I paid $16 to ship the item back, and then was only refunded $50, of the $80 I paid. When I inquired, I was informed that the cost of original shipping, and tax were taken out of the refund price.

So un sum, I am out over $30 for an item that I do not own that had apparently been on 'old batch' to begin with.

I will not recommend, or use again.

I never received my order and they wanted to blame the US postal office. I lost my money and the postal office didn't receive no packages. Fragrance.com is way better this company is trash.

The delivery tracker is reliable and the product has a good quality. However, when the 3 bottles of perfume that I ordered, were delivered to me a while ago, the first bottle is in good condition while the other 2 bottles are almost empty. The sprayer of those 2 bottles is loose which results in the content being spilled/leaked all over the box. I am not satisfied with this shopping experience so I do not recommend this shop if they won't give me any refund or a replacement for those 2 bottles.

Everything arrives quickly and in good order. I have never had an issue with anything I've ordered from Perfume.com. I only wish there were not such a problem keeping some items in stock! Of course, that is not their fault! The pandemic has hit us all hard.

Terrible Customer Service! Their solution? Offer me a 10% discount on my purchase as compensation for a horribly delivered product. When I suggested a personally inspected replacement I was told this was not possible as they were only an outlet middle man. Know who your dealing with people! Perfume.com could care less about its customers!

I tried using the perfume 3 different days now and it's the same thing it didn't last for even 10 minutes. I'm very disappointed because I've recommended so many persons to this site I was a loyal customer that purchase will now be my final one.
