The frames I selected were exactly as shown in the images on the website, they are strong and durable, it comes with a case and overall is an amazing buy!
The worst company I have experienced.
I ordered a pair of spectacle from Perfect Glasses to replace a pair that got broken.
I choose the frames and used the same prescription as for the broken pair which gave me excellent vision.
How disappointed I was when I received the new pair which took an age to arrive.
Frankly they were not fit for purpose and my vision was totally different from the pair they were meant to replace.
I contacted Perfect Glasses and they said I should return them so that their laboratory could check the prescription.
Weeks went by and I heard nothing despite several emails until I got one saying that they were as per my prescription and would be returned to me.
I disputed this and said there was no point returning them as they were useless to me and asked for a full refund.
This they refused only offering to refund the cost of the frames and not the lenses which are the expensive part.
Next they said they would remake them to rule out a lens fault!
This would suggest that despite them supposedly having been checked by their "laboratory", they did not have clue as to whether they had been correctly made or not.
I am still in dispute with Perfect Glasses, but I will never buy spectacles online again and urge anyone reading this never to use Perfect Glasses.
Terrible company who just steal your cash and deliver crap IF your lucky that is... I ordered reading glasses and received the wrong prescription in return, they were sent right back to refund under their alleged No Quibble Refund option - ha what a joke that is total scam organisation based from a house in London, and a call centre in bloody India to make this bunch of thieves look like a big boy outfit - my guess is they are India based, the pool third world copy lenses and plastic knock off frames are NOT right, I have asked for a refund via them and now Paypal and have today reported this scamboy outfit to trading standards in London because IF this is a legit business UK based, then they should be bloody ashamed of themselves
Recently I was sent a gorgeous pair of Esprit sunglasses from Perfect Glasses, and I want to share with you my thoughts about these gorgeous glasses. Firstly, Perfect Glasses have a pretty awesome website. I really love the feature 'Try On' which involves you uploading a photo of yourself and then using it to see how each pair of glasses looks on your face.
Once your photo is uploaded you can use the same one for all the various glasses and sunglasses. It allows you to get an idea of shape, style and whether they suit your overall image. There are also different selection criteria at the top, such as men/women, prescription sunglasses or new arrivals. This makes your search easier because you can narrow down your options to find your perfect pair of glasses.
These are currently £90 (RRP £180) and they are simply gorgeous! I love how they're reminiscent of 1950's style; they have such a lovely vintage edge to them yet they're also really high quality - I can't imagine them being very easily damaged, plus they come complete with a sturdy case and polishing cloth. Mine arrived within a few days of placing an order and they were well packaged.
I'm just so in love with them and I can see them working with all kinds of outfits, from day to night as well as special occasions such as weddings.

I am one happy camper - can't say enough about the service and the SPEED at which you get your glasses. I BROKE my PC glasses about 7 to 10 days ago--I immediately got on line and ordered another pair... they arrived today! HAPPY HAPPY!
Wrong glasses, wrong lenses, they would not give me a return address in the UK, only a holding warehouse in Slough where they pretend to ship the faulty goods back to India,
They ignore any emails and phone calls, and their no quibble guarantee is worthless.
Easy to order, arrived quickly and a fab price. So many lovely styles on offer it was hard to pick. Easy to upload my prescription details too which I was worried about. Will definitely use again.
I am really happy with my glasses. It was easy to order online, and there was a huge choice of frames to choose from. My glasses look good, the prescription is correct and it was at a good price.
I found the whole process easy and lots to choose from. I would recommend them if you're looking to order glasses online. You can even measure yourself and see them on you using your camera.

Having returned glasses on "home trial" recorded delivery on 28th April, have had to fight to get refund which was finally recieved 2/7/14! I had emailed customer services at least 8 times who kept apologising and making false promises. Likewise there 0845 customer service number (which is in India!) also with false assurances day after day! The offer of cheap glasses is tempting but the service is abysmal and I would recommend that you DONT GO TO PERFECTGLASSES
The glasses came after 9 working days. I was advised to wait 3-5 working days but I can handle that. Here's the hmmm bit... As soon as I placed the order I received an email with the following...
"We have received an update from our laboratory informing us that we have received your order for a pair of rimless glasses for distance use.
As you have selected standard lenses our laboratory has suggested you to upgrade the lenses to polycarbonate (unbreakable) lens.
These lenses are recommended for rimless glasses and come with a year's replacement warranty however there is an additional charge of £25.00 to upgrade the lenses as advertised on our website.
As an exception our laboratory has offered a discount and have advised that we can upgrade the lenses to polycarbonate at a minimum cost of £20.00 for the prescription updated online.
We request you to please reply to this email with an authorization to upgrade the lenses so that we can send you an invoice for the additional charge and process your order with polycarbonate lenses".
My god, the trouble I had to say NO! I pointed out the laboratory must have been very lack that Saturday, to read and send my order back so quick. Sounds like a bit of hard sell to me.
They did phone me and say - no problem, I can have the ones I ordered (then into soft sell) - they were just trying to help!

The Glasses are okay, they are what I expected, and are of a quality I imagined considering the price I paid.
Delivery was advised by text and email and glasses delivered on time.
I cannot afford expensive glasses so its great I can afford to buy multiple pairs to go with different outfits!

Having used this company in the past, I knew they were always, always slower to despatch products than they claim, but I was prepared for that. I was not prepared for the nightmare of receiving a pair of completely smashed to pieces glasses in the post and the ridiculous 'customer service' I experienced afterwards. I could be here all night if I told you the amount of Live Chats, telephone calls (mostly unanswered) and emails I have had to send to deal with this problem. First they wanted me to send the smashed glasses back, recorded delivery, at my own expense, before they would even release a new pair. I refused and eventually they gave in. I was promised the new glasses would be despatched on a set date. They were not. Then when they were despatched, they were sent by a SLOWER delivery method than the first pair so I will be waiting nearly 2 further weeks for these. They are rude (suggesting initially it was MY fault for not paying £25 for their unbreakable lenses), don't seem to listen to a word you say, and simply do not care about customer satisfaction. This is, needless to say, the last time I will ever use them, I don't care how cheap they are. If you read this review and still choose to buy from them, don't say you weren't warned. Look how many other negative reviews there are. Don't. Use. This. Company.
