Not at all what I was lead to believe. This doesn't tell you once you order the service thst you will have to upgrade with additional money in order to get everything you were promised. Premium my $#*!, this was false advertising. I want a refund. Scammers.
Quick and easy! It skips around tells the topics and does not advance. After paying the 27 or so $ for a 3 month search, then it didnt tell me what it cost for advanced search until payment cleared then I got email from PayPal it cost $19.95. Whew, what a mess.
I do not want my purchase renewed after 30 days and I don't believe I agreed to that at any time. It was a one time purchase with limited use for 30 days i do not want it renewed. This was misleading and I believe unlawful.
At the beginning it doesn't tell you that you have to pay anything to search. Your app deceives people to use it then at the end it wants you to pay after you have waited 20 minutes collecting data. That's a big problem for me.

Very deceptive advertising. You are led to believe you will get all background info detailed prior to purchasing the 5-day trail report. However, it does not give you access to all the information and prompts you to upgrade to premium in order to get it.
I took all the steps required, even calling my bank to confirm transaction... After 2 dissconnections and finally getting some info... it was very shallow and did not include all the information I was expecting...
Your advertisement implies a report will be rendered at the end of the program and I do NOT consider what you have done to be a report. As a minimum a report should be deliverable, ie... one should be able to print it out or download it so they can take their time to evaluate it. It should NOT be a web site that cannot be referred to.
Your add says this is a free site but then you charge and there is very little information unless we pay a higher fee. How do I know once I pay the higher fee that I will get much information without another higher fee.
For what I paid and you are charging me and additional charges if I upgrade to the premium report is just ridiculous to me. It took hours for this information to manifest and this is all I get and have to pay extra for more info.
I don't like this company but if a person needs information about another person, you can get generic information. If you want more information, you can pay for the extra information, and cancel anytime after that.

I put info I wanted and you took my info &card info, I got back info I originally put in & then they wanted more money for a upgrade. Called customer service twice, their phone was all garbled, and they were no help.
You list that he has not been married or divorced. Which I know to be untrue, since I was married and divorced from him. I also know that he is married at the present time. Also does not list that he has been to prison.
Bait and switch! I already reported you. You did all these searches on the person I asked about and your report has basically general knowledge I could have found easily. You asked for another $19.95 if I want the rest of the report. That's "bait and switch" and not how you advertised it. I want the full report I thought I was paying for or I want my money back.
I paid the amount for one month and in order to receive a full disclosure I had to upgrade and put out more money. Not a good way to do business.

I checked out myself. First of all, I have had my current phone number for 9 years, your records show a phone number I have not had in 8 years. You show that I have one child, when I have three. If my information is not up to date, how am I to be assured of other people information I receive from is accurate. Please refund my payment.

To test your site, I searched sometime that I know. Upon receiving the report I found several errors and missing information that I know to be readily available. Your not reliable. You failed in your search. I will not use you again.
You are enticing by saying there is more information and that the search had found other sensitive information to subscribe to premium search but there was no further sensitive information but a false entice to get premium service
