On your ad you tell us you can get all kinds of information on people but when I did a search on myself, my husband and my daughter, I found a lot of inaccurate information as well as a lack of other information. I am not satisfied at all with this service and would like a refund.
I just paid 27 dollars for information I already have. The advertisement is miss leading. I did not receive any of the records you stated I would and inorder to get them you are asking for an additional 19.95. Not good business
The information given in the beginning made me think I there was more information available. Once I purchased the report it then wanted me to purchase the advance report at an additional fee. The report I purchased didn't have anymore information than what was available for free on the internet.
To Last night, I had terrible problems, it rejected all three of my credit cards. Ver frustrating but I found out it wasn't all your fault, someone was trying to make an illegal purchase on me, so they closed all my cards.
I thought I was getting a full report of everything but then finding out you better pay more money to get the rest of that report I really consider this a ripoff very unhappy and much of the information is not correct
I requested my report and it started good, in that it identified me correctly. But the additional information on several reports: former addresses, emails, marriage records etc were conflated, showing my relatives data as applying to me. My marriage record was reported as 1986 and married to Karen Hiltbrand, when that is accurate relating to my son. My sister's address was listed as one of mine. There was very little that was accurate to me.
I want to cancel now! It was misleading until you got my card number. Then you talk about more money for a complete report. Cancel I am calling my card company to no stop payment. Unless you let me know it's canceled.
I think that once you pay for a premium report, that should also make the other reports the consumer researches, unlimited as well. I think you would have a lot more customers because you are a great reference for information.
When I found the website and all the information it said it could provide divorce, records criminal records, addresses it provided addresses but they were way old addresses nothing new it said they did not have a criminal record and they do and had no divorce records, and they've been divorced four times everything was just old predated didn't give any information that I was looking for.
In just the basic report you have multiple people with the same name as i used to have that are pretty bad people-they are not me, have nothing to do with me, & i have never met nor do i know these people-why are they showing up on a report that is suppose to be me
Very little correct information on me was given. I have no criminal records and there was four or five records given for a black person... I am not black either. I will delete my information and not recommend this site.
I did a search for myself. It turned up volumes of info about people other than me and very little about me. Based on my experience, I would be reluctant to rely on it for good information about other people.
It says I was AKA Linda Le Hailey from '77-1/1/93. Never have I ever used that. Also says no known SS records and I paid in to them many years and have been drawing several years. Not worth the money!

I bought a trial for $1 then upgraded to premium for $19.95 at the same time. When I tried to look at my report it kept Telling me to choose a plan and I never did get to see my report now the trial is over.
I just did a search on myself and the only information you came up with was names of my family members, a couple of real old email accounts, and a couple of old phone numbers and a handful of information on other people and not me. Absolutely nothing relevant worth paying more than 1 dollar for.
All of the things they promise to you are not available with the $30.1 month package, you have to pay extra for the premium package for any of the information that you really want
I purchased a report but it barely shows anything on here. On one of them, her social media is not even her account and I know she has several. I am her husband and it doesn't even show she is married. This is a rip off
