This is not a thorough system at all. I had to point out to them that the person I was getting information on had a Facebook account and also had 2 DUI which should've shown up on the criminal part of this and he also belongs to other social media sites. I think it's an awful lot of money for 30 days to not even be given thorough information. Don't waste your money or your time there are other sites that are much much better and not as expensive.

This statement was b4 i actually seen my imformation. I thought this was free of charge. But for 1.00 thats not bad. Any more money i would have not accepted.

The information it gave I already knew and information on the persons felons wasn't even listed. Person has a Facebook account but didn't even show it.
So Completely useless.

Used it for 10 minutes. Then went back paid extra $19.99 for a more in depth information. That was a real joke.

A lot of the information is years out of date. You have me married which I have never been. You have me living while I was 5 At a place I moved to in 2003 when you said I moved out! Except for Hazel and Elwood the other relatives I do not know! Information is wrong.

I was told before I paid for this report that there were multiple criminal reports on the person that I was searching but after I paid there was nothing. This is false information that lead me to pay for your services and should be against the law. I am extremely disappointed and if I could get my money back I would!

I haven't looked at my reports yet but I did have somewhat of a confrontation over the one dollar trial that I read in your terms the box was not available to check off until I called customer service and complain that there was an a box for it and then it magically appeared that is my only complaint so far

Seems quick but I just want to see how it works and if it is better than I have done on my own. But now I realize I am better on my own for free. Your service didn't give me any further information than I already had. I was very surprised. I thought your information would have been so much better.

Your system is not what I had hoped for the money - plus you had to pay extra for every person you looked up - and this is not what other people's searches would do once you have a subscription - plus you only paid me back only 75% of my money and all together my subscription was completely canceled
I was in the middle of checking on one other person and to my surprise, it will not allow me to do so and this is not how other sites would handle their trials of searching for people. I am sad to say that this is a very poor program you offer to patrons who want to pay for your service and do not get the results as expected

The information in the report is useless. I could easily obtain the same info with a Google search. I don't know what you make people pay for when you ask them to pay more to get the REAL report! Definitely a scam!

Sad. You lead people to believe they are getting all this information and get to the end charge 30 and ultimately get nothing more than what can be found in a google search. And then I find it's a MONTHLY charge. (Which I immediately canceled)

Everything l seen on your report l had seen it two months ago on a site that l paid $1.00 for 5 days trail any one l wanted to look up for exactly same thing l seen in your report nothing l didn't know already so you guys are charging $14.00 for 3 months any one l want to look up on not accurate information l don't think so 2 people on your report with not accurate information. Cancel your service as of today please thank you

This site is terrible! It's mixing up people th others so you get some info on one person and some on a completely different person, and people I know have criminal records, one currently in jail it's saying no criminal records found!

First of all I did the unlimited reports for $1 and it said I would get the same benefits as a premium account and clearly that is not the case. I ran a report on myself most of the information is incorrect.

This report is inaccurate. I am searching myself. I know that it is inaccurate. The fact that you asked me to pay $27.99 for one month of inaccurate info is heartbreaking. And then asked me to upgrade to a Premium Report is horrible. If you can't even get the basics right how would I trust you with a Premium Act?

Just started... So far so GOOD. I did get what I was looking for and this site was insightful and will recommend to others I know. I will be using this more as I move ahead in the future. Y'all are awesome

I already knew info for minimum report. I was able to find everything for free on line that I paid fee for month. I even did myself and was surprised to find no marriage. My husband if 52 years would be surprised

Fine so far except I know I do not have a criminal record - for a FACT.
You have no marriage details or divorce details and apparently I have no other relatives other than my husband! I have been married to me husband for 48 years and the worst I have ever had was a parking ticket. I think you all need to check your reports out better than mine was.
