Stated you had a dollar trial period for a week but yet that option was not offered in order to get the information. I felt that was rather deceitful

You send me messages regarding updates about a particular person, then charge me AGAIN to get those updates, in addition to the monthly subscription fee. That's just NOT RIGHT!
I pay for a report one time, then when there are ‘updates' for the same person, I get charged again. That is just wrong!
Just like most apps they reel you in and then want to charge you an arm and a leg for information that should have been included in the beginning

This is so out of date. The address for the person I searched is from 10 years ago. He's had at least 4 addresses since then. Waste of money.
You guys should have something where you can look up emails as well and I know that he has a few social media accounts and they're not pulling up
