Too much hocus pocus from the beginning. The first address or just the city is at least 5 years out of date. Hopefully you can come up with something better than I already know.
I was under the impression that I would had complete background check for everything you check for when I paid the $27.99 and all it showed was the same info I could get off google
For free so then you want me to upgrade to see the rest off the background check for an additional 19.99 when I thought that's what I was getting when I paid the $27.99
When I search, it brings up the report but when I click for more info on relatives, I get an error message 404 can't connect with my browser & clear my data. I did that. I tried using Google, Chrome, Samsung Internet & duck duck go. I paid for a 1 month membership. I would like a refund

Don't waste your money it's awful half ass info and old out dated stuff It's far from what it claims to find and after you join under the false advertisement of unlock all info. You'll have to upgrade to premium level to get that.
