I haven't looked at my reports yet but I did have somewhat of a confrontation over the one dollar trial that I read in your terms the box was not available to check off until I called customer service and complain that there was an a box for it and then it magically appeared that is my only complaint so far

I've used a few different websites for background checks. People whiz was super fast and easy.

This was a basic search. Allll the information it found I could have found for free. I canceled my membership immediately upon reviewing the report.

This is really a waste of time. It didn't have really any information helpful.

Your advertisements claims are not what you promote them to be. You claim that once I provide you with payment I will be able to see certain information on individuals that would help me to make wise decisions about potential roommates, relationships and potential clients. This does not even make it past a level one personal reference. Even when I went ahead and purchased the, "more in depth" reveal into a person's life it just didn't close to what you claimed it would help with. Not happy but again I learned more about false advertising.

Could not solve the problem with my card and had to start over.

I didn't find out anything like you said there may be! This is bologna and I'd like my refund. There's nothing discriminating against me and I knew that but fell for this cause. It said someone may have added something to my name. Not so! Won't do this again. Cancel this order! Thank you!

Trouble signing up. Your website advertised a month of service would cost $27.99. OK I agreed and you took that amount from my credit card. I received nothing from you except a page offering Upgraded Service for $19.95. The site would not move forward until I agreed for the Upgrade. Since I was in a hurry to get the back grade check, I agreed. You charged my card again. Then I received a notice that there was something wrong in processing my credit card. I called American Expressed and learned that both charges went through. So I called your company for help. Since I couldn't understand the lady's instructions, I canceled the whole thing.

Not entirely accurate, a lot of mis-information or non relevant data, shows unknown emails, etc..
