You sent me an email stating I had bad things to see on my report. There's nothing. What a hoax.
You text me and stayed there was new information in social media on the party I had previously inquired about. I signed up for a month and I cant even get a rep or to read. It has his name and phonecall and that's it.

When I have looked at report Too early to evaluate at this point. Total disgust that you promise souch information and provide absolutely nothing that is not shown on Facebook for free. Total waste of money.
BEWARE OF THIS SITE! They don't even deserve one star but I couldn't get by that. This company offers initial misleading information after a name search is entered. This is an enticement for you to want to see more. So you take the bait and sign up and pay the fee to view the exaggerated information they are offering. When you get into the page showing the personal information you requested it becomes a different story…pay more to see more. In other words you get very basic stuff like alias's, relatives, etc., no in-depth information like criminal history or any other very personal activity. They also include other names that are close to the one you search. Totally unrelated to the person you entered. After contacting the company immediately after seeing I'd been ripped off I asked for a full refund and to cancel my subscription. The only thing they did was cancel the subscription and not refund my money. Further contact with them and they are only offering to refund 75% of my fee. THIEVES!

No real info other than what's is just basic thing you know from meeting the person I feel scammed and will be reporting to everyone and whoever else will listen about this rip off. I want my dollar back this was definitely a trick
I hate your business model and the deceit involved with your marketing! You lead customers in to believing that they get unlimited reports for a fee. Then request a 2nd fee to get more than an addressed. Both reports are unsatisfactory by far! Useless! I would appreciate a refund and removed from your data base. You have been very deceiving! I would like a refund in full.

I also don't appreciate the untrue propaganda about your services, revealing that i have to "UPGRADE" my plan and pay more money for information you led me to believe I would get initially!
Reports are missing tons of info I know should be there.
I already know more information on person I checked than wasnt on the report. Stating no records were found but I have seen the same records this site couldn't find on other reports I've checked on same exact name making the information provided inaccurate.
