I was not happy with what you have to pay for a report, or then upgrade to another 1 to receive the info I ask for on 1 person. Why don't you just let people know the charges up front, rather than use the bait & switch trick

When I found people whiz thru google it advertised a free employment report. There was no such thing when I followed the link. I subscribed thinking I would perhaps get such a report that way but no such luck.

Report was a bit disappointing. No education or work experience reported. Would have liked more detail about family, i. E., relationship to the person.
The information was VERY limited! I know this person and I know that some of the information was incorrect or missing.
You sucker me into a 1 month trial and then don't tell me $#*! about the person. Like a birth date? Really that's all? Then you charge me $20 more and I don't even know what I'm going to get for that. This feels like the biggest waste of money I've ever spent in my life so far.
You first gave a price for a 1-month subscription. When the report was finished, you wanted more money for the full report. The full report had no more information. It was worthless.
I would like my money refunded.

Got a report with incredibly limited information... have used another service since and the report was much more in depth and accurate for the current time... Overall unsatisfied, please remove me from any further email or notifications and any future charges.
