I'm under the impression that I would receive more information on my searches. This is not the case and very misleading to say the least.
Nothing of relevance, supposed criminal records might, might appear if you pay another $20 after paying your initial payment in the supposed premium report. Nonetheless they continually flash criminal records available on this person, not true. Don't waste your time, google gave much more interesting information.
Firstly I want to comment on the customer service... It was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. And I used to work in customer services. The person I spoke to was arrogant, condescending and refused to let me speak. He appeared to get defensive every tine I questioned him and so he just kept raising his voice and speaking over me. Not only is this incredibly rude but it made it impossible to get any real resolution. I initially called because I received an email from People Whizz saying 2 negative iems had been added to my public record, and when I clicked on the link to further investigate it told me there were 'multiple criminal records' matching my name - I've never been arrested, ever - and my name isn't that common so naturally I was concerned. When I asked how I could access the details they'd written to inform me about, the agent replied "Well this is not a free service so you'll have to pay." This screams SCAM. I would stay away from this shady enterprise if not for the ambigous information and manipulative strategies, then for the apalling customer service alone. I'm disgusted that this 'service' even exisits.
For a single month membership very limited information was given. Close to nothing. To get more information there were additional charges. Waste of money! Don't use this site.
Lead me to believe there was considerable negative information on my name. I do not have nor have I ever had any criminal record.
(1)I want a refund fo 5 of the 6 months.
(2) I have no Twitter acct or any other ssm acct.
(3)Close my acct. & stop sending me e-mail
Well it did go really deep into the search, so it was pretty thorough, but the report connected too many unrelated people with the same name who had criminal records not associated with the person in my search.
Absolutely no information was shown other than what I had already known. Information easily accessed by anyone on the internet, rip me off, very very disappointed.
I appreciate the 1.00 offer. If I am satisfied with what I see I will subscribe this week when I get paid
This app doesn't do a dang thing. Says it's the best. People finder isn't too great but is 100 times better. Save your money
