I did a seach on myself to see how accurate it was. The deep dive into the social media presence does not reflect any of my social media accounts.
You yell us e are gonna get the report we are free for $1 trial then so much after a certain amount of days. But. I gave you the info that you got right. Not very much info correct at all and then you want me to pay again just to get the basics and who is to say any of it is correct.
You go through all the steps before you are told how much is charged. Then the rates are confusing. You pay for the report and only get the minimum and you are asked to pay for the "2x Premium"? Will not recommend this site.
It's too early to give a better rating. You should ask at the end not before I read the report.
Less information than other providers. Requires you purchase a second time inside the app for more detailed information. Not worth the money at all.
You did not represent the report well. I have to upgrade if I want to see criminal information. I would never recommend your service.
You didn't give me any kind of info. I could have done a better job. You get what you pay for I guess
You had 2 things that were correct: my address and I wasn't dead. This is a farce. Please cancel my subscription.

I don't have any social media accounts yet you show that I do. Total crap.
This for almost 28.00 gave very little information. Actually, I happen to know something they have that is wrong. I won't use again!
Didn't give resolution of DUI Arrest, but does list it, so that's a plus. Know my searched person was married, but no record of it. Would like if they had a 1-3 day cheaper search option.
Took awhile but hope this is what I am looking for.
Your information is totally not correct.
I want a refund..
So far, it's very early, I just got the report, but everything seems to be going well.
Very disappointing! None of the information given that was spoke of. Cancel immediately!
I didn't find out anything about people who had issues!
I feel cheated. I payed 28$ for what your add showed as a full history. Only to find out you want more money to get more than what I already new
I closed the account when I had to pay extra to get the report.

Answer: Searching took a very long time, and information provided was incomplete. I know that the person I was searching has been arrested for prostitutuion numerous times, yet those did not show on the arrest record. Most arrest records gave no reason for the arrest and no date of arrest. I cancelled membership immediately and have requested a refund, but doubt I will receive one. DON'T USE

Answer: I had the same issue today. Customer service said the only way I could access the details of my 'multiple criminal charges' was if I paid a subscription fee. Hmmm, who 'd the real criminal here? For the record, I've never been arrested. Like, ever.
