It took more than 15 minutes to generate my report, on a fast Internet connection.

The information I received wasnt as accurate as it should have been.

As I stated in my email that was sent immediately following receipt of my report none of the information was current or correct. You stated there were criminal records found which there were not. You also stated that there were social media accounts found which there were not, among other things. I asked for my membership to be canceled and a refund to be processed immediately in an email I sent immediately following receipt of the report.

I was charged two times I noticed when I checked my bank account. A credit ASAP will be appreciated. Thank you, Mike

As the report was generated I was told there were criminal records. But the report itself says there were none. He was married and there are siblings.

Information was incorrect and incomplete on most items.

We will tell you everything and give you all the details! Oh wait - you won't get anything because you have to pay three times to get more than just a tiny amount of information and whatever you read from the other reviews were bs reviews because they paid triple the minimum price.

Extra charges for full report, automatic monthly subscription are unacceptable to me

I am not happy with your website. It is not easy to navigate and I did not get the information I was looking for

I put my own name in and came up with almost nothing. I have used other apps that came up with quite a good bit of information about me. Your site was a total disappointment. Please cancel my subscription. Today is Thursday.

I paid almost 30 dollars for them to show me where I live with my husband. I was led to believe I would find out if he was on social media etc. But in order to find that out you have to pay another 16 or so dollars. A complete scam!

The information is NOT free as is advertised. I paid the 1 month fee, but then every person I searched for came up with no marriage records even though I know 99% are married. The disclaimer says some married couples choose not to make their marital records public, but it would be hard to believe that 100% of all couples I searched, across different generations, would have made this election. I didn't receive any more information than I found for free on my own.

Incorrect information and lack of information. Not worth the $$$

For one: I really don't appreciate the theater of pretending to take 20 minutes to thoroughly scan the internet for information you can access in less than 5 seconds. I hate that $#*!.

For two: The information you 'uncovered' was less than I found using Google. And some of it was missing or inaccurate. This is $#*!ty even for a $#*!ty search engine.

I like having the availability to check on certain people.
