Took a long time to get through the build up of suspense to finally be able to order the report. That was overkill and I came very close to saying screw it and backing out of the whole thing.

There is an obituary for Gary Wayne Wagner, 68 years in Broken Arrow, OK; I have a Manager's License with the NCAI Board in compliance with the Arizona Department of Health Services that is not listed in the category of licenses.
Getting a meaningful report with usable information is too expensive. Automatic account renewal is difficult to cancel and just an irritant. System is best used for a single, one-time request, not a "forever" account.
