I cancelled an ebay order within minutes and this company refused to cancel saying it had shipped. A label was created 6 hours later and now they are saying it has shipped via FEDEX and will take another nine days to get here. I live 45 minutes from the store they say it shipped from. I don't do business with people who lie to me. Therefore I will never buy anything from these people or Ebay again.
Return lable was to be attached to shipping order. I had to print myself but label it disappears before I can. Called customer service line. Disconnect after one ring. Verified ño. Several times and same thing happened. Only other choice to send back myself and will have to pay out of pocket.
Now have to wait and see. I tried on in my kitchen and didn't walk anywhere. Box and all in perfect condition. Let's see if they say something is wrong with return or not rec'd in time. Shady, buyer beware! You can see where the return label should have been. Just another inconvenience to interfere with return
Received shoes in wrong size. Looked cheap and ugly. Called Customer Service for return label; was told they can't send me a hard copy (my printer is in storage) and that it would cost a big bundle if I make my own label. Obviously terrible CS. Wish I had not wasted my time on Peltz.
I'm probably not in a position to judge this site upon just one purchase - maybe I just had bad luck with them. Although they have pretty good sales on shoes, their shipping is very expensive, around $9. So last summer I found a pair of sandals on sale that were kind of I was looking for and had a good review. I even bought 2 pairs in different colors, since one pair cost was just a bit more than the shipping. These sandals were terrible - they were pushing and rubbing the feet so bad that I couldn't wear them. I wish I had read reviews about them on other websites. Anyway I would have to pay another $9 to return them was not worth it - I just lost $29 Unless they change their shipping policy to free shipping and returns (like Zappos, for example) I would never buy from them again.
Ordered 4 pair and only received two. Made me wait three months for an "investigation " and then said they shipped all four pairs with fed ex. Never supplied proof of the shipments do basically charged me for shoes I never received. I ordered them through amazon. Peltz will not stay in business with business practices like this. All I'm asking is to send the items I ordered and paid for. Not too much to ask for. VERY disappointing To be ripped off!

The new shoes came but where to large after I tried them on the carpet.
Emailed for a refund.
Response came back that they were worn and no refund would be issued. I took it up with Lane, with the company, explaining I hadn't worn them. She said that was their policy and no refund. Frustrated, because I did not wear them I spoke to supervisor named Jennifer N. She said the photo of the bottom of the shoes clearly showe wear and sent it to me.
I was appalled. The soles of the shoes were so worn I made my case that it would have taken walking on concrete for 6 months to obtain that.
I also made my case the shoes were returned in three days. Therefore it was not possible I had done it.
I was advised to take a photos of any shoes when received for that sort of problem.
Jennifer N. Finally believed me and refunded my monies less the S/H. She also told me this would be a one time only acceptance. Any other shoes, if I ordered, would fall under that restriction.
So, beware. Take photos of the shoes before you try them on.
Bought some sandals, sent them back a few days later because I didn't like them. Peltz says no refund because the shoes were worn? Yes they were, in my living room. These people are liars and run a $#*!ty business. Google them and check out the reviews. Go to the BBB and check out their reviews. Take your business elsewhere, these people don't deserve your money. I'd like to give ZERO STARS.
I ordered three pairs of shoes on July 11th and by September 3rd I still haven't received them. They were sandals, and guess what? Summer's over. Avoid this company at all costs.
I ordered a pair of shoes and tried them on at home and they were so uncomfortable. I sent them back within a couple of days. Like others, they said they were worn and could not resell them. They would send them back if I wanted them. Heck no! They were no more worn than if I had tried them on at the store and walked around a bit. I filed a complaint with my credit card and Amazon. Got a refund but will never order from them again.
They made a mistake on the shipment of our order and refused to cover return shipping. I made multiple attempts to discuss the problem with them, but they wouldn't address the issue directly. It was like talking to a 4 year old.
When I went back to return a pair of shoes that were hard for me to walk in, over a hundred dollars he didn't try to help he just said that I couldn't return them, your suppose to help out your customers I be bought a lot of shoes at peltz but I will not go back again.
I have bought many shoes at your store. I wear a narrow or slim depending on the manufacturer. I bought a pair without trying them on. When I took them back I could not get a refund but was given a gift card. I have tied many times to return and look for a pair of shoes that fit. I have not been able to find one so I have called and gone into the store to no avail. I was told to call Josh. I have talked with him three times regarding this matter. I could not go back to the store for a few months because of the virus. He said that was too late and I would have to wait until I could find a pair in mid to late August. What kind of company does Gary Peltz run which cannot give a refund for one pair of shoes?
I received some Sperry Top Siders in a size 11. They looked already worn and the shoes were too big when I tried them on. (I had on 1 shoe for maybe 3 minutes). I sent them back in the same box with a return label they same day I received them. I received an email telling me they were worn and would not refund (exchange) my money. "Sorry for the inconvenience". This is a VERY poor customer service practice. Either offer an exchange or send my money back - pretty simple request. NEVER AGAIN will I shop or do business with Peltz shoes. I should have read the other negative reviews that SO MANY others have posted. Life lesson
There used to be a cool black guy managing this store, but now there is some ditzy, blonde old lady there. She is a snob and ignores the customers. Get a grip and bring back the men to this store!

I ordered a size 11 sandal...NO WAY IS THIS SHOE AN 11! My Heel slightly hangs over the END. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE'S NO SIZE 12 AVAILABLE. So, now it's up to me to pack it UP AND SEND IT BACK?
I received defective shoes, marked irregular. The Amazon advertisement did not mention that the shoes were irregulars. Although responsive to my email communication, I couldnt seem to get a straight answer at first regarding whether my original shipping cost would be refunded. When I called to inquire, a manager named Emily was rather rude to me and hung up on me twice. I sent the shoes back using the label provided by email and within a few days I received a refund for my purchase price only. I called and spoke to someone who abruptly said he would put an adjustment into the system to initiate the payment for the original shipping. Before I could say anything else, he hung up on me also. Instead of placing a second order, which was initially my intention, I bought the shoes elsewhere in nearly the same color for $5 more. I was not about to give Peltz Shoes any business after being treated the way I was. I did not mind paying more, especially since that seller responded to my inquiry in less than an hour and took time to take additional photos in different light. Peltz could take a customer service lesson from her!
Bought a pair of sneakers, when I got them there was a Manufacture defect in left shoe, unusable, now they will not give me a full refund, guess I should have checked reviews before, now I see I am not the only unhappy customer,
