I wished I had did my hw and looked at the reviews. Worst company. Don't even attempt to rectify a situation. I never received my package and was told by rep nothing could be done. Save your money and time and shop elsewhere.
1. Seems impossible to reach customer service. The website appears to have been designed that way. It is very frustrating.
2. Advertised discounts have not worked for me.
3. Delivery time is very slow.
I loved both pairs of shoes that I received for work, BUT I do have one complaint: I hate the stickers on the bottom of my shoes! On one pair that I received, there was a sticker that I can't remove. On my Clark's Damson Step Pump ($70), there is a sticker on the bottom... and everyone can see it when you're walking. So I want it OFF. But I can't get it off! Very frustrating! I worked for over 10 minutes trying to remove these unsightly stickers. But there is still sticker residue. Very unsightly and tacky. I'm a Flight Attendant. I cannot have this tag showing on my shoe. WHY would they make this tag SO difficult to remove? It's still on my shoes. So I guess I'm working with tags on my shoes.
I had a 10:00 am Appt on 11-14-2023, I got there on time. And filled out an application.Then I was told by Kat Bell that i needed a copy of my Resume.Which never was advised to me in the email thread...
So i stated that i would provide that Kat Bell stated i'd have to make another appt.
20 Minutes later i get a email stating that they went with another Candidate...That's just bad business you should Fire her..
Ordered from Peltz twice. 2 days later in each case Peltz cancelled my order stating item was not in stock. I checked the website, and my shoe and size were still shown as in stock, but they had doubled the price. After complaining they removed the in-stock label. The Website cannot be trusted.
Order shoes on 5. 14. 22... they say they were delivered on 5. 20. 22... nothing was delivered by FedEx... called them immediately and said they would put a trace on delivered... since that time FedEx declined a trace... Pelts said they need more time... this is bull$#*! I paid for items never received
I order shoes from here off Amazon. Needless to say, I never received them. FedEx claimed that they were delivered. Maybe they delivered them to someone but not my address. My you I received several packages that day from Amazon but not the shoes. This is very disappointing!
We went to the Cortez Rd, Bradenton, FL location and the Mgr. Leah was so very helpful! My elderly mother has very swollen feet and has trouble finding shoes to fit and Leah searched for some and found a very nice pair in extra wide for her. She got on the floor and helped her put them on and was just super nice! We ordered 3 pairs! Thanks Leah!
Please be careful if you must exchange a pair of shoes. I returned a pair and exchanged a pair. The exchanged pair was $10 more and I only found this out after I wore the shoes. Exchange reason was for color only.
Ordered boots through Amazon from Peltz Shoes. I rec'd tracking info in email as the delivery progressed. Then one message came in and said that FedEx ran into an issue because of address.
Called Amazon they double checked my address and there was no problem there. Peltz screwed up my Zip code and it ended 30 miles from me. I called Peltz back and told them to refund my money or overnight a pr of boots to overnight me another pr since I was planning on wearing them this weekend...if they had any business sense, they know they will get the boots back so as a courtesy the could have sent out another pr. So now I have to wait until the PKG goes back to them before I get my refund. I wish I had read their reviews before I purchased the boots, I never would have ordered from them. Lesson learned.
I ordered my stepdad a pair of shoes from Peltz and selected express shipping. Assumed they were in stock and would be shipped within a few days. After a few days I used the contact us form with no response. I then emailed with a response that the shoes were out of stock and they would issues a refund.
The shoes arrived but didn't fit. Needed to return. No confirmation email so I searched online. Said to use shipping label provided. It appeared that shipping label had been ripped off the shipping notice inside one package and was nonexistent in the other received. Using their online tool didn't work. It just kept getting, "Your order could not be found!"
Also, the form inside the box had impossibly tiny print, as if they wanted it to be impossible to read.
I purchased a pair of Sketchers on Amazon, fulfilled by Peltz Shoes. They were sent Fed Ex Smartpost. They never arrived, and the tracking stops days ago. They blame it on the Covid, take no responsibility, nor did they offer to help me. Now I will have to go through my credit card company to get a refund. I would not recommend this company.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Peltz shoes last week. I opened the box and it had only one pair of my shoes in the box. I called peltz and they kept saying they had to contact FedX to see what they had to say. Here I am i have paid my money for 2 pairs of shoes and the representatives were rude and not understanding or helpful at all. You have my money and I am telling them to provide proof that they shipped 2 pairs of shoes. It has not been verified by FedX or Peltz that 2 pairs of shoes were shipped so, now I do not have my money or my shoes. I am still waiting for my refund of my money. Please do NOT order from Peltz. They have the most unprofessional representatives I have ever dwelt with.
Excellent inventory, competitive price (less than half of competitors' prices) for a beautiful pair of boots. And fast delivery! We are perplexed by the poor reviews we've seen--our experience with Peltz Shoes was wonderful!

Terrible! Ordered a pair of shoes fedex lost, in which I understand not the companies fault but this has been happening a ton the lady(customer service rep) said and her best answer is wait 2-6 weeks for a refund! Not even let me send another pair out or let us try to get this claim done sufficiently. Now im out a pair of much needed shoes right after foot surgery and no money for weeks to buy new ones. These things are not cheap. Im super regretful of ordering from here.
I ordered shoes and wore them for a few minutes and noticed they caused me pain, so I returned accordingly then I receive an email that they thought it was worn because of minimal dirt noted on the soles of the shoes. I have called and spoken to the manager and they will not return my money. This is by far the worse company I have ever dealt with. No customer service. I will never be buying from them again. Be careful.
I saw this nice pair of Earth Origins (Sophie Sandal) women shoes in brown and wanted them. The color advertised online is a pretty brown. The shoes arrived and I opened my package to see this ugly, almost puke color shoe. I was disappointed. I hate the process of sending orders back. BUT, I called and spoke to this wonderful customer services staff: Stephanie, who stayed on the phone with me and placed my reorder. I sure hope I get the pretty brown color with this next shipment; otherwise I will request a refund. Thanks you
Was asked for email to get $5 off. Coupon was "applied" to cart but never reflected at checkout. I realized that an email was sent to me stating the coupon was for use a month later which was never communicated in the request for my email. It simply stated unlock $5 off coupon here. I've asked for them to take it off as a good will gesture but no one will return my emails after several. They go unacknowledged. Terrible customer service. After reading all of the bad reviews I hope I get the right sizes and shoes that are not used because they won't return them. I won't do business with this company again. TERRIBLE.
I purchased a pair of $70 sandals and they broke wearing them down my stairs after about a minute of wearing. Attempted to return and was told they were worn and would not return. Am contacting Teva to see if they can exchange. Im not giving them any more money. Hear about them on the radio all the time. Just because someone has an ad budget doesn't mean they are a decent company.
