Wanted the shoe at a better price than Zappos
I saw this nice pair of Earth Origins (Sophie Sandal) women shoes in brown and wanted them. The color advertised online is a pretty brown. The shoes arrived and I opened my package to see this ugly, almost puke color shoe. I was disappointed. I hate the process of sending orders back. BUT, I called and spoke to this wonderful customer services staff: Stephanie, who stayed on the phone with me and placed my reorder. I sure hope I get the pretty brown color with this next shipment; otherwise I will request a refund. Thanks you
Tip for consumers:
When you order from items advertised on the site, the color can be different when you receive it. I liked my order, but what was advertised in color, was not what I got. The aggregation is in returning the item and delaying your order. Thx U!
