Pediped

So, I've received a defective pair of shoes(one shoe is very wide, the other is narrow, different outsoles too). I contacted the customer service, sent them pictures and they told me to send them back. Which I did paying an additional shipping costs. Then after a month I'm still waiting for my refund. Moreover, they told me they are not going to refund the shipping costs at all(about $13 total). I am very upset. We've been Pediped customers for a long time and it seems the quality and customers service got worse. I will be buying different brands from now on.

BEST place for infant & kids shoes, sneakers and boots. After raising 4 kids to adulthood & now doing it again with a granddaughter, I've probably bought every brand of kid shoes there is. For my money, and their comfort & style I swear by Pediped, the most well constructed footwear for the small set. You cannot kill these shoes. My Ari has tried. The sport sandals & sneakers are all machine washable, do not lose their shape or color & the linings don't fall out. Limited but fashionable styles. The Mary Jane styles are accepted for school uniforms but with enough of a stylish kick making them so much nicer than the usual drab & dull ones offered on uniform sites. Someone told me they thought they were pricey. I don't think so. I've bought Elefantinas@ almost $100 a pr. And Not when I saw what they want for Skechers - which look nice for about 2 wks. & wear out quicker than any sneaker I've bought. If you have to buy 2 or 3 Skechers to pr. Of 1 Pedipeds - where's the $ savings in doing that? I'd raher spend $58 once than $38 to $40 a couple of times. School shoes last from Sept. To May/june. Sport sandals all summer & she loves them so much she puts socks on with them into the Fall.
