I've really enjoy both in store and on-line purchases. In person, I love having my makeup done to enable me to see the outcome of the products being purchased. Their on-line customer service goes above and beyond. I tried forever not to like their products or make a purchase. I have no idea why!

This is another establishment that I find in store shopping always works out better than on-line orders. I finally realized this after two problem orders.

Cutest cupcake wrappers I've seen so far. I selected + purchased the princess wrappers for our daughter's 1st birthday. They're very elegant.

My husband and I have placed orders with Celebrate Express since our daughter's 1st birthday. The personalized banners are awesome. We have yet to have an issue with receiving damaged items. This year (4th) we're going with the Hello Kitty theme. Ava picked it out herself.

One of my all time favorite outfits Ava wore as a preemie while in the hospital. I purchased a pink bird in a nest gown, bib, hat and blankie that's no longer available. It's held up well. I always hang dry pricey baby cloths and wash them in Tide bags. So soft, too!

Their toys are beautiful and different. I've had great experience with their customer service, as well.

Sometimes I come across a piece I adore and simply must order it for Ava. You have to be super quick. Tea Collection tends to run out of desired sizes quite literally as soon as their available for purchase.

I absolutely LOVE their shoes. They're right up there with lelli kelly, etc. My three year old has perfect feet due to purchasing these shoes.

Ahh, the Bosom Buddy. This was our most used item during newborn and up for bottle feedings. Its shape is so much better than the other nursing/bottle feeding pillows out there. Pink dot is gorgeous. We had another furry cover which is no longer available.

My daughter loved what we called her "beetlejuice" aka Shangrila - Multi-Sensory Activity Mat & Portico Archway Accessory + lots and lots of add-on accessories we purchased along with it. It washes well and retains its color so much to where our next baby will be able to use it as if it were brand new. It's makes a beautiful, colorful mat to take a few photos on, as well. The customer service was very concerned with giving me an extra mat due to my mommy-to-be eyes seeing a little black dot out of place. I'm super picky! No, really, it's sad.

My little miss always looks so cute in this clothing line. It's not that expensive. We've purchased items in size newborn to 3T thus far. I'm not usually into some of the themed clothing Gymboree offers, but every once in a while I find something oh so cute.

The overall quality is not worth the price. My daughter's furniture starting chipping paint/stain within a few months of use. It also arrived in less than perfect condition. After our horrible Pottery Barn Kids experience we were left with nothing to do but keep the furniture. Now, Ava is three and this expensive furniture will be donated. What a waste of money and time. The shipping took forever. Next time around, I will order at 12 or 13 weeks and go with something more modern and probably white.

I cannot count how many baby beds + dressers Pottery Barn Kids attempted to deliver and leave with us. Every single piece of furniture arrived with major imperfections. I was left to assume the heat made the stain/finish bubble and run. A few arrived with scratches. This is the very last issue you want to end up dealing with pregnant. Needless to say, we ended up bringing home our baby to an unfinished nursery which was a complete nightmare when you're preparing, nesting and bringing home your bundle of joy. At least they refunded us.

This is another site I'd prefer to shop in store. My husband's 17' MacBook Pro arrived with a scratch. It was tiny. Both of my MacBook Pros, 17' per the latest, have been purchased at an Apple store. No scratches. No problems. Perfect customer service.

I've placed a few orders. My last experience went really well. The first two did not. I'd rather shop at our Super Target vs. on-line from now on.

I adore Chantecaille! Every item I've ever purchased has arrived in perfect condition and succeeded my expectations.

I've purchased every long-handled makeup brush Stila has available. These are my absolute favorite brushes in my collection even compared to Shu, Trish McEvoy, MAC, etc. Their customer service has always gone above and beyond to make any wrongs right.

Ava's Bailey Bow Uggs in Cerise arrived in beyond excellent condition. They were sold out everywhere in her size, so off to Bloomingdale's dot com Mommy went. Prompt shipping to boot.

Complete chaos! The large order I placed arrived dirty, in an almost used looking condition. The bedding, shams and decorative pillow are dirty. I have no idea what to do with these items besides just wash them really well. I may or may not use the Disney Princess collection for my daughter's room. The "quilts" are made with super low quality. I did contact the company, but didn't trust them (for some odd reason) to exchange the items with anything of higher quality or cleanliness value than the original order.

My husband and I are addicted. We're going on a year of being Nespresso addicts. All of our orders arrive pronto. The only complaint we have is our Nespresso frother stopped working within six months.
