I completed 3 surveys from them in a row, none of which credited. The first one took all of my answers, right through to the final demographics, & then told me they already had enough responses, so I received nothing. The second survey redirected to a blank page after I submitted my last answer, so again, I received nothing. The third one said I completed it, but my points never showed up. I'm done with them, as they're a complete waste of time.
Well bummer, your site is a SCAM. Peanut Labs is another scammer survey site that rarely lets you qualify for a survey, but somehow also pre-disqualifies you! You can try to open a survey and not even see a single question before you are kicked. And if you are lucky enough to make it into one, you will get disqualified out of nowhere despite answering half an hour worth of questions. Total waste of time.
Peanut Labs waits until a survey is completed, then says you are not eligible and get no points. They are receiving free survey completions, but cheating the responder and the sponsor. They also will not respond to your questions or complaints. Don't get started with them, there are many more surveys that are legitimate.
Countless reports exist of completely unfounded permanent user suspensions. It seems like after the user has been milked out for their information after a certain amount of time they will just be locked out of using their service any further. Customer service seems pretty much non-existent. This is on top of the fact that you will regularly be kicked out of surveys when you are quite a few minutes in, when halfway through you are suddenly 'not eligible' for the particular survey.
I've been using peanut labs for 6 years now. I have seen them improve over time. In the beginning I had the same issues everyone here is describing but nowadays my experience is totally different. I rarely get disqualified now and if I do end up being sent to a bad survey I still get awarded compensation for it. Maybe it has to do with where im going from (Video game sites) perhaps its not peanut labs at all and is the surveys they link to? I don't know. All I do know is I've had a very good experience with them for many years and while the payment isn't high I don't think its peanutlabs that sets that. Its the survey sites offering it.
My one complaint about them however is that I have not gotten a response anytime I sent in for support for surveys I did complete but didn't get awarded for. Otherwise I would of given a 4 star.
I did the surveys as a Flybuys offer, in app, to boost points. Got paid for most, but then after finishing a 208 point survey, and acknowledged, the next screen says permanently suspended. I think if you get a certain amount of points they will close you down. I just got 580 points a couple of days before, but it took 3 weeks or so to get them. Before about a week or so. I think Flybuys should look at peanuts lab and decide whether their attitude is actually a positive or not for the Flybuys site. My guess is I will not get the final 208 points.
It is a nice survey for me to do. I always like completing surveys for money. Keep up the good work.
After completing surveys through their platform for a number of years I was suddenly permanently banned. Have sent messages to their contact centre and none have been answered. Terrible customer experience to not respond at all. Avoid at all costs
They are a scam. Don NOT waste your time. If you dare to complain to them about broken surveys, late disqualification, or not getting paid; then they will block you and not bother telling you WHY you have been blocked.
They won't credit my offers any more claim they paid me out of pocket but I didn't ask them too. So I changed my review to one star because peanut labs has become greedy and untrustworthy. Not a great monetization website.
You complete their surveys fully and honesty, get to the thank you page but never get the credit. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. I go to their transaction page and stated opened survey. Like that's going to do me any good. Don't waste your time giving them your personal information for free.
I was already aggravated with this company as it seemed like I never qualified even after spending the time a survey would have taken just in their screening process but the last time I tried, disaster struck! I do surveys through a shopping site that pays out gift cards. One way to earn points towards the gift cards other than actual purchases is by completing surveys. The last time I chanced the ones through peanut labs I came away with a nasty adware virus that ended up causing the complete refreshing, ie loss of certain items, for my computer. Now I avoid this company no matter how many surveys they are running.
Such junk, such junk. This has to be a scam company. EVERY SINGLE survey I take, I get almost done (last one was 95% done) and then they say "you don't meet the criteria". LIES. They will take all of the info they collect and profit off of it while leaving you looking crazy at your screen. What a joke.
At first I thought that business is not real, until one of my friend introduced me to this site and told me that people are making a living out of this business. Why don't you try and see the results. Now my life have changed completely with this business. This is a genuine business which pays a large sum of money if you are hard worker
I have given this site many chances over the past two weeks-being a new user and all. However, I have supplied a lot of information and spent a lot of time towards surveys on this site before being told that I'm not quite right for the survey. Quite frankly, I think they are cheats and scammers. They get the info that they need and then tell you that you do not "qualify" to do the survey. There is no way that the demographic can be that minuscule to disqualify someone only after a great number of questions and information has already been supplied. It's a rip off.
They want all your personal info for free. Just a shady company in general. After you fill out your initial 20 to 40 surveys they have all the info they want from you then just ban you or lock account to where you can not complete any more surveys they automatically redirect and you get nothing even after wasting your time giving them more info.
I've been taking surveys through Survey Junkie for a month now. Every single time a survey pops up from peanut labs I immediately just close it out now. It will say that the survey takes 17 minutes, but when you click on that you spend 10 minutes Answering pre-qualification questions then it takes you to a survey that is now 30 minutes long. If you actually qualify, which is very rare, it doesn't take you back to survey junkie to get your three points. It loops you back in to 10 more minutes of qualifying questions and then takes you to another survey. If you do actually end up completing one you will never be redirected to back get your points. Survey junkie has refused to do anything about this and it's getting old.
This company is a scam! I do Pureprofile and love them. Decided to also do Peanut Labs to get a few flybuys points. You click on a survey and it will ask you the usual half dozen questions then say you qualify. Then you can be 15 or 20 minutes into their surveys and suddenly you get dropped with "sorry this survey is full" or "you don't meet the qualification." One survey I did took me an hour to complete. Then when I hit the "Finish" button I got a "sorry but you don't qualify." This company is stealing your info and ripping you off. I successfully completed only 2 of their surveys. They took nearly an hour to complete each (despite being rated as 15 minutes) and worked out to be worth about 80 cents In points. Equivalent surveys on Pureprofile pay between $3.50 & $5.00 Don't waste your time with this mob!
I've been disqualified for surveys once I get to the very end. I complained about this and subsequently have been barred from playing. I have contacted them numerous times to no avail.
Total Waste Of Time... This is another "earn Listia credits" for doing surveys website. You do a survey first to see if you qualify and you are given a list of surveys you are suited for. So you pick one and you do a 5+ minute survey to be told you don't qualify for THAT survey. Tried it twice and have not completed a survey and earned the promised points yet.
Answer: Don't have anything to do with them, as there are much better survey groups to deal with out there. Not worth the aggravation?
Answer: Pure profile, Valued Opinions, Opinions paid, Survey village, You Gov, are good for payment in gift cards, direct deposit, and/or PayPal.
Peanut Labs has a rating of 2.2 stars from 76 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Peanut Labs ranks 221st among Survey sites.
