So I was able to take their surveys for a while (since 2011) and then last night, I took a few surveys-or tried to-and something went wrong with the last one. I refreshed after I was disqualified and was greeted with the "permanently suspended" screen. I supposedly "violated terms and conditions". Okay, then! All I had done before that was update my profile like they asked. Guess I'm done since they will not respond to an email sent via that button. Bunch of shady people...
Did a number of surveys with them and similar to other reviews was banned for not complying with their terms. Think it might have been for finishing reviews faster than they thought appropriate. When I choose a survey that is one of theirs the wheel just keeps on spinning, no response for why not being accepted, no contact info that I have come across other than by doing Online search for their "name." Then came across this site and "bells starting ringing." Confirmation of my suspicions.
I am currently on swag bucks survey site and peanut labs usually has surveys we can take to earn SB. I don't know what I did wrong, I don't believe that I did anything wrong, but I have been permanently suspended from being able to take any surveys on peanut labs site. I have tried several times to contact the site and ask nicely what the problem was for the past week now without any luck. No one will respond back to me in order to solve the issue. My next step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau if I do not receive a reply. I am dissatisfied with the way they are handling this matter. I did nothing wrong.
Going good, then started finishing 20 minute surveys and being told I did not qualify for points. Then all of a sudden permanently banned for breaching terms and conditions which I did not do. I always gave honest answers and rated the surveys. No response for my enquiry as to why I was banned.
They used to be good I would get all my points now over the Christmas break I did surveys almost at the it's on 95% then says I don't qualify for the survey. I took several very lenghty surveys on peanut labs but as soon as i answer the very last question about my ethnic it closes with the answer something went wrong and i do not qualify for survey. Waste of time and data.
I noticed on coles and flybys websites take a survey now for reward points. So I did and got some points then all of sudden I am permanently disabled from surveys for no reason. This bad for the trusted coles and flybys name in australia
These surveys you are lucky to complete 2 per day, these jerks will con you every step of the way, also you can complete a whole survey just to get conned out of points, these freaks are out for themselves and no one else, they don't give a darn if the holiday shopping season is coming up, just as long as they aren't left out that is all they care about, so do yourself a favor and download Playspot, Mistplay or rewards coins, they are honest and have surveys that compensate for troubles.
Title says it. They have you take a survey under the pretence that you will get paid for it. But after you finsihe the survey, which could very well take up to 20 minutes, you don't get paid. They claim they have ran into problems with the website
Our group of colective reporters which is currently reviewing these type of companys, have had the same experence as many regarding accounts being "suspended" for no reason and a failure of response from this company. Due to the fact that they have failed to respond to any form of contact which our group have done via phone,email and "chat rooms" leaves them in breach of one of our reporters countries consumer laws. To this end we will be reporting Peanut Labs to the Government Legal body for a breach of Consumer Laws and by doing this we believe we will be able to get Peanut Labs to the table and get some answers to our and many others questions as to how this company operates and shine a light on the industry as a whole.
What a joke company... told that my account is suspended permanently for no reason... I have asked 8 times for an explanation but they do not reply... AVOID ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH THIS BUNCH OF ROGUES!
This site is not legitimate. You spend 10 minutes + answering questions and writing responses only for them to say you do not qualify or their quota has been reached. I've also took 13 surveys here within the last week and have only received credit for 4. When I tried to file a report, they emailed back saying they can only move forward if I provide a screenshot showing I completed the survey. If that's the case, they should let us know in advance to screenshot every survey we take. How are we supposed to know? There's a transaction history of all surveys completed and I don't see why that wouldn't be proof enough. I use multiple survey companies and this is the only one I've had trouble with. Complete waste of time. Please don't use them.
I don't even know why these survey sites even put them on there! They claim all reviews are done in which case, "They've been eaten up!" The whole site has been devoured!
Peanut Labs offers you a survery, let's you spend 15 minutes answering questions, and then responds, "Sorry, based on your response, you do not qualify for this survery". It would be fine if it happened occasionally or after just a few questions, but this has been 5 surveys in a row and they all took me 10+ minutes! I wasted nearly an hour and didn't even get $0.30. What a scam of a company. Don't waste your time.
I was banned a few weeks ago for no reason. After doing a search it looks like they are doing it to many people. I did Peanut Labs surveys through Swagbucks and have never lied on ANY survey. Whether the question wording or context indicated a red flag is irrelevant. Again, I have never lied. The least they could do is reply and tell me what happened. Contacted Peanut Labs twice and had no response. I think the people running these companies that suddenly ban people and take their earnings are engaging in criminal behavior. They also don't respect the time people have wasted with them FOR PEANUTS. It's in the name really. Shame to see them go this way. I'm quite angry that these companies do this and seemingly ok companies partner with them.
The surveys drop out right at the end or they ask as many questions as they need then say your not suitable for the survey. The points, half the time are not credited. You have to continually chase them up! A whole lot of hog wash... pretty sure I am done with this:-)
Surveys are deliberately setup so that all information required by the client is collected by approximately 85% of the way through the survey. At this point the surveys are designed to fail and not allow you to go any further. The Peanut Labs only listed contact method does not work when you attempt to report the error in good faith. All the proof of my words above can be found within the example images included in this review.

Peanut labs do not deserves at least 1 star as I don't have option to give 0 star I am giving 1 star, without any reasons they block ID if we ask them to justify your reasons for suspension they they won't respond after multiple tries also, How can they block ID for the person who is not attending their surveys since log ego, because of their suspension our quality score may get impact on platforms like Time buck where other parties are also providing us a lot many chance to attend surveys, It is my suggestion to others that don't even click on their survey's link otherwise after some time they may block your ID by which your quality score may get effected.
I belong to My Points. I have been doing My Points Surveys for about a year now.
For a while, things seemed very good.
They had two different types of surveys, seemingly, Peanut Labs, and My points.
Late one night a few weeks ago, out of nowhere, I got a notice.
"Your account has been permanently suspended"
There was no explanation, e-mail, message on my My points profile.
I emailed their customer service twice in the last month to attempt to get an explanation, and have received no replies.
I think if someone is going to be banned, they should at least be given an explanation.
I've tried registering with other survey sites since. I think Peanut Labs may have control over other survey sites than my points, as at first things had started fine, and now I've been getting one disqualification after the next for no reason, on both my points, and other places.
I completed 3 surveys from them in a row, none of which credited. The first one took all of my answers, right through to the final demographics, & then told me they already had enough responses, so I received nothing. The second survey redirected to a blank page after I submitted my last answer, so again, I received nothing. The third one said I completed it, but my points never showed up. I'm done with them, as they're a complete waste of time.
Answer: Don't have anything to do with them, as there are much better survey groups to deal with out there. Not worth the aggravation?
