Spoke to Alexander Lambis, explained that I needed to cancel account, I was paying 49.95 he said no problem, instead he changed my account from 49.95 to 3.95 a month, I said I needed to cancel the account.

Beware of future charges.

Signed up for a 3 day trial at minimal expense. Only needed it for a short time. Next thing I know, I get a bill for the year which was not wanted, nor needed. My credit card company reversed the charges and blocked this company from further charges.

Incorrect charges and abuse

I signed up for a temporary service for one euro, and surprisingly, after a few weeks, I received a €49.95 charge on my card, without knowing what it was for.
I requested a refund by email, and after 72 hours, I still haven't received a response.

The title says it all. Tiny upfront fee that you think is great to convert a PDF then the undisclosed $49.95 a month hits and you get to spend hours on the phone trying to cancel it, file credit card disputes, and get refunds. Don't get fooled like I did.

Refund policy

I went to your website looking for a way to convert a pdf doc to a word doc.
Apparently, I signed up for a business account without knowing I did.
I was charged $49.95 on my credit card.
When I requested a refund I was told it was past 30 days and I could not get a refund.
I explained I didn't sign up for the business plan, actually didn't know I even signed for any plan.
No confirmation was ever given that i purchased your product. Terrible business practice!
