I recently purchased what "I thought" was a one off conversion from pdf to word for a business plan.

I couldn't do the basic things I could do with the PFD Filler, and then they charged my Credit Card $(.99 after I canceled via the website. I left two messages for billing and never heard back from them, I ended up calling my CC to dispute the charge.

If I could give 0 stars...advertises as "Free". After they deceive you into creating an account and providing your information they tell you there's a fee. If you sign up for their free trial and don't cancel timely it's $49.95 a month, whereas the normal annual fee is only $24 a month. Why pay $600 a month when you could get it for only $24 a month...because they are deceptive and hide this little gotcha in small print below everything. If you're going to disclose it, simply disclose it. I'm sure people will still screw up and they'll get their $600 a year. But I can't work with a deceptive (lie) and sneaky company.
