This company took $45.95 through PayPal without my permission. The product did not work for me and I communicated that to them. The chat person could not get the product to work so we abandoned the situation in a very dissatisfied air. The product cost was only $1.95. Six weeks later this company charged my PayPal $45.95 and tried to tell me I had an automatic subscription. That was so dishonest. First, I never would subscribe to a company such as this, then I never have anything come out of my account automatically. Third, the product does not work. Then to top it all, this company, bypassed the bank by first withdrawing the $1.95 in two separate transactions so it would appear that I'm doing continuous business with this fraudulent company. Until I get my money back, which was dishonestly taken, this company can do nothing for me.

You must read ALL the fine print in their website. Do NOT be lured by the large print that offers a PDF edit for a dollar or two.
For you are in actuality signing up for a SUBSCRIPTION where you will be charged nearly $40 dollars and...it gets better... you must affirmatively call to cancel. Why? Because in their small print they say you agree to that, too. Dirtbags.
In sum, this people LURE you and then sock you with a subscription. Then they drag you through the coals to refund your money. I used their service twice and...unknowingly signed for TWO $40 subscriptions. I got one of them refunded, I am still trying to get the second one back.
I'm filing complaints and hopefully this company will stop fleecing unsuspecting customers.
This company's business model is built on bait and switch, get to edit a Pdf for $1 or so, only to have them sock you with a subscription for nearly $40 a couple of weeks later.
Sure, the fine print tells you that, but it's designed to nail unsuspecting customers. Stay away from this Puerto Rico company.
