Refund policy

I went to your website looking for a way to convert a pdf doc to a word doc.
Apparently, I signed up for a business account without knowing I did.
I was charged $49.95 on my credit card.
When I requested a refund I was told it was past 30 days and I could not get a refund.
I explained I didn't sign up for the business plan, actually didn't know I even signed for any plan.
No confirmation was ever given that i purchased your product. Terrible business practice!

Charged $49.95 without my permission!

I did not subscribe or sign up for anything! I used a "try it" on one page of translation which I was charged $1.00 and paid. Now my account through PayPal was charged $49.95 for a subscription service. I have asked twice for a cancelation to no avail. User beware!

Poor customer service

I tried PDFSIMLI and it was ok but I cancelled my trial on the 14 day of the trial period. The trial period was 14 days. In the 14 days I used it one time. 2 days before the trial ended they billed me $49 I called them and asked them to credit my account because I was not using their services. I was told they would offer me a lower cost alternative, I turned it down and asked for a credit back to my card. The answer I received was it would have to go to a supervisor and they would call me back within 24 hours. That didn't happen. But they did call me back 2 days later. I missed the call and they left me a voicemail. Telling me that my. Claim was denied and not in line with their policies. I called back and got a very rude response and I told her I was just going to have my Credit card company refute the charges. Very poor customer service. I would never do business with them again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.
