I contracted the service for 7 days, after which I was automatically charged for one month. Following my complaint and persistence, they only refunded 50% of the charge. I consider this to be an abuse on their part.

They offer multiple charging plans, but even if a user selects a one-time charge for a single service (1.95$), he receives an email with a code to provide. The issue is that this email not only contains the code but also includes small print indicating a subscription (monthly 45$), despite the user explicitly choosing the one-time charge.
