At first, I thought its a great deal to get a pdf format in 50cents, but 3 months later when I checked my bank statement, I had already given up 39.90 for 4 months and had paid the my credit bill. But at least for the 5th month I raised issue with my credit company to challenge them charge for this month. The credit bank won the case and I could save the 39.90 at the least.
Is there a way I can challenge them for the money I paid them for 4 months?

Pdfpro io managed without my knowledge to take first -50 p and then 2 days later £39.90 from my account. My bank have stopped all further debits and PDFpro io have promised to reimburse the £39.90 within 7 working days. I shall let you know if they do. Their phone number is *******193. But they are no doubt 'sleekit wee scammers' using computer technology to weasel past our ordinary senses!

Clever at looking like Adobe for the reason of stealing your money and they highjack you with advertising a monthly fee then charging more as an annual fee. Complete SCAM so avoid at all costs

I tried it to compress a pdf file. I paid my 50 cents and got a message that my compression was complete and should be on my "personal space." I checked, and it wasn't there. It never arrived.

I checked the fine print and saw that they were going to charge me a lot more after 48 hours, so I cancelled before that time came and sent a message asking for a refund. They wrote claiming that their "terms and conditions" were clearly explained, so they don't owe me a refund.

They DON'T OWE ME A REFUND FOR NOT DOING WHAT THEY PROMISED? Hmm. It is a fake service out to take your money. They won't even give you what they promise but then will blame you for that. STAY AWAY.

Stay well clear of this company and be extra careful giving money over to them as you won't get it back I've been trying from February to get mine back keep saying it was was transferred into my bank then you have to send them copy of your bank statements the there tell you again it was paid to your account 7days ago and it goes on and on like that still waiting

Deliberately misleading site. Sponsored Google searches take you past the main landing page so you don't see their full advertised cost. You think you're only paying 50p to sort a document, but sadly they're ripping you off for almost £30 48hrs later.
Considering Adobe Echosign and a cheaper per month and actually has a decent user interface, one can only assume Lassomie Downer has deliberately chosen a scam method to make their money.

Went to get a sick note for a purchase of "50p" they charge you 30 pounds a month!

This company puts a fine print to make you unaware that you're paying for a very overpriced monthly subscription to crappy software and should be very clear instead of what they're doing

Needed a copy of my P60 for 2021/2022 and I was wrongly directed to this website. Put my information for the p60 and received a empty one with only my name and lastname on the paper. Oneway I said how cares cause I paid only £0. 59. 2 days later I got £29.90 out of my accout. Send an email about this problem and they said that I accepted the term and conditions where it specified that by doing this 0.59 trial for a piece of paper 2 days later we will take 29.90. Ridiculous. I expect from a website that when i put my person information about payments, to privide me with the full information before paying with the total amount not after you pay you get robbed 2 days later. Disgusting, never been this pissed off, paying £30 a piece of paper.

Paid £0.59 to use their service once and check my statement the next month to find that they've charged a very subtle subscription fee of £29.95. They have no customer service number so I'm going to have a job and a half trying to cancel this. Daylight robbers and immoral weasels.

On 8/5/22 I paid and authorized ONLY a. 59 charge for a one time PDF merge. Not only did I never receive the product, they proceeded to charge my credit card $30 two days later for a monthly 'subscription' of which I never authorized or was notified of. Luckily my credit card company caught the charge and declined it, however because I did authorize the. 59 it's not considered fraud because it's from a company I supposedly did business with. (This is obviously how they've deliberately structured how they get the 30 a month from unsuspecting victims.) The CC company classify it as a 'disputed charge' of which I am supposed to contact the business and unsubscribe. Problem is, there is no way to contact these people because they are in Europe, there is no contactable phone number to speak to anyone to unsubscribe. I will change my credit card number, they will never get another penny from me!

I used their services and I thought I was being charged USD 0.59, but these mother$#*!ers had some hidden clause stating that I was creating an account at the same time. That account cost me almost USD 30 for two months until I got a warning from my bank. My bank has had customers who fell for the same mistakes.

They bill you more than what is advertised on their product/website and keep debiting you even when you unsubscribe. They also have an irritating way of responding to mails in French, a language that was not used during the first contact... thieves, rogues they are.

They have charge me $39.04 in CAD they supposed to get a confirmation if the person wants to subscribe they have a misleading advertising. I don't use that anyways. So please give me a refund and give me back my money.
