Easily found what I was looking for. Brought this refurbished Lenovo laptop for my son as the price was the lowest that I found on the internet. He had no problems running W7 before he hastily upgraded it to W10, he's very pleased with purchase as am I.
I notified your company that the phone I received had a broken base. All I needed was the base but a complete phone was sent. It seems you could have saved money by only sending the part rather then the whole phone. Otherwise I have had good luck with purchases from PC Liquidations
The computer was customized to my specifications. There were plenty of upgrades available to suite my needs. The computer was delivered much faster than I expected and has been working extremely well! I am very pleased with my experience with PCLiquidations and my "new to me" computer!

The computer that I ordered apparently did not Pass the quality check therefore they could not send it. I was contacted and offered a similar computer which was okay with me. The problem however was that it took several days for this process to run its course, and the real problem is every time I had to speak to customer service I honestly felt like I was inconveniencing them. Their responses were terse, unfriendly and borderline rude. I don't know if this is an East Coast thing or simply a pcliquidations thing all I know is I'm not happy with the customer service. But I am very satisfied with the computer that I purchased.
The only problem with the order was you had listed the yellow thermal ribbon as yellow. But it was actually process yellow. Since the price overall was great I did not contact you about it, but it does concern me about future purchases that descriptions may not be accurate.
May I suggest on pc's, tablets and phones that do not have a usb port that you convey that in large print. Perhaps in large red print. It wouldn't have changed my purchase, but I would've ordered the conversion jack as well.
I received the computer. It works fine. There is only one issue: according to the invoice (#*******), I paid for a license for Windows 10. Windows 10 is installed on the machine, but I received no activation code for it. I sent PCLiquidations an email inquiring about the activation code, but so far I have not gotten any response about it. Please email it to me.

Ordered a C grade laptop. Customer service contacted me to inform me the C grade didn't pass inspection. They upgraded me to a B free of charge. Delivery was fast. Laptop is great! Thanks again I'll be a return customer.
Easy to navigate and good chat assistance. Not the most knowledgeable chat assistance, but still pretty good. The DVI and Power cord were left out of the original order but they were quickly shipped to me when I requested them.
I do not wish to leave a comment. I clicked your stars, gave you a good rating, yet it cannot be submitted until I make a comment. If I had wanted to make a comment, I would have. I hate being coerced into things I do not want to do. The fact that you require me to write in the comment section makes me very unhappy. Did you really want me to be unhappy? Did you really want me to comment that I was unhappy about making a comment? Please reconsider this policy. Otherwise the next time I am asked to submit a survey I won't give any rating at all or worse yet, a bad rating only because I am forced into leaving a comment when I don't want to.
Never heard of the company. I was just searching online for a computer and saw PCLiquidations website. I saw what I might be looking for ordered it and received it with no problems. The device was nicely wrapped and protected.
Great overall experience. Website is clear and easy to navigate. Sales Rep was very nice and pleasant. Shipping was fast and computer was professionally packed and secured and the condition is better than i expected!
Did not get my items when promised but found out there was a family emergency. I emailed and had a response right away. I was promised the phones the next day after I emailed and I did receive them. I am overall satisfied with the phones and service rendered.
Easy peasy ordering process...monitor was well packed & works perfectly AFTER WE figured out how to program for a network... Your people didn't know it needed to be programmed this way. I asked ZACH & he tried to help to no avail. We got out our manuals & learned to program the FUNCTION keys and how & VOILA! Zach did all he could to help out & was very professional. I recommend! Monitor in great condition.

I ordered a T3600 that I'd been watching for a couple weeks, and after the order was placed I received an email saying the machine did not pass a quality control check before being packed up to ship, and my order was cancelled. I was disappointed, and replied that I'd like them to let me know when another was available. They quickly replied that they had another one, actually priced a bit higher, that they could provide for me at the same price I had previously agreed to for my original order. I thought that was very nice of them to not only look for another machine for me, but to offer it to me for the same price as the other unit that was about $60 cheaper. I absolutely agreed to the purchase and received it about a week later. Works great so far, very happy with my purchase and their service.
Overall transaction was great. We had to make alternative shipping arrangements in order to get the part in the time frame that worked for us and PCLiquidations was willing to work with us and complete the mission.
Order #******* placed on 7/28/2020. Eventually provided with UPS tracking number 1ZE**************. Monitored tracking for a week but status remained the same, "Label Created". Called PC Liquidations customer service the first time and they said the order would be received by the end of the week which didn't happen. Called PC Liquidations customer service second time and they said the supplier probably used a different tracking number and customer service agent said he'd call me back when he got the new number. Never happened. Was ready to call PC Liquidations customer service for the third time but received an Email stating supplier shipped order via FedEx Overnight Standard with tracking number **************. Finally received order #******* on 8/11/2020, two weeks after it was ordered.
It was easy to select a pc and looking forward to a quality product with years of service life.
Once I placed the order I had the laptop in hand in three days. Although I had to send the laptop back due to technical issues and I am in the process of re-ordering another laptop. The service has been very good.
