Not the right product - shipping ridiculous - can't return because the restocking and shipping are twice what the part cost... so no part... out $35 and just feel stupid... so not satisfied and no even going to attempt to purchase part again... good day

I was extremely pleased with the overall price, the only issue I had, was that my product was listed on one shipping label and it came in three different packages on three different days. Other than that, I was very happy.

I was looking for replacements for some older style IP phones. I used their chat feature to confirm the newer style phone I was looking at is compatible with my phone system. Their prices are okay for used and refurbished items.

First product didn't work. You are sending new product and I will return old when I get the slip. If the second one doesn't work. I'll be really annoyed and hope that you will send a second return slip and credit both orders.

So far so good! Got what I wanted for a good price. Now to see how the product works!

Update! So far so good! It's working great for what I need. I've even told friends about it who are looking for laptops. Good work!

I ordered a lap top and it was shipped fast but it came with a dead battery. I called customer service and got an apology with a promise of a replacement battery to follow. The battery that I was sent was brand new but did not fit. At this time another is on the way as I write this review. I will say that I do not get the felling that this is the norm and I am over all very pleased with this purchase.

I was impressed with the customer service - they called and said the monitors I purchased didn't pass their quality inspection and offered me alternate monitors. The monitors arrived undamaged and working well. I highly recommend PCLiquidations.com.

The product that I ordered was shipped quickly. When it arrived I realized that it would not work for what I needed. I called customer service and was told how to return the item. The money for the item was returned to my account quickly.

Original order got lost or something. I paid for 3 day shipping and hadn't received my order after 8 days. When I called, the customer service representative was so professional and efficient! Refunded my shipping and overnighted my order. This is exactly how customer service is supposed to happen! Keep up the good work people, it really does make a difference!

Ordering was very easy. When the computer I ordered turned out to be unavailable, I was upgraded to a more expensive model at no extra cost to me. The computer I was sent was in excellent condition and easy to set up.
