It was only with difficulty that I was able to get estimates of shipping date and ETA. I had to ask repeatedly for tracking numbers. Order to arrival time was reasonable (11 days order to arrival) but most of that (9 days) was delays from order to shipment. Without the complimentary 2-day shipping, I think I would be very disappointed with the delivery time.

I just found you guys in a quick google search and was completely blown away how easy the site is and how great the customer service is. I will definitely recommend friends of mine use your company and will be a return customer. The delivery time was really quick and customer service was exceptional. The product came and was in really great condition upon arrival. Thanks a ton and I will be recommending you my friends.

I bought A stock but the phone looks like it is from C stock.
The handset cords always come tied in a knot. We don't know why.
A line cord comes with the phone instead of a patch cord which is needed.

There were problems, but they tried very hard to solve them. I would buy from them again, but just accept it in the condition that they send it.

I love the product. It was exactly what I wanted, received my shipment with no problems. I was kept informed the entire time it was being shipped. Good company, I would definitely use them again.

PCLiquidaters tests refurbished machines and informs customers, when they fail. My ordered machine failed, and I refused to take recommended replacement, but I needed a charger of the type of the failed machine. So after couple of emails and few days I got my charger in short time with fair price, and it is very good.

I got the package on time and well packaged. It won't stay cased for long however as it is going into a arcade1up mod within a short time

Found exactly what I was looking for at a fair price, delivered timely

Finding the right laptop was so easy as well as adding on what I needed. The Laptop i ordered did not pass the inspection before leaving the facility, I received a call to fix this issue with a better version of the laptop but with a smaller screen.

Ordering was smooth sailing. My device was in "class C" condition but I couldn't find any blemishes on the front and very very light wear on the back. "Class A" must still be in the plastic wrap. I've never gotten a used/refurbished device in such good condition from an online store.

Very satisfied with my purchase. Everything worked as it should and was up and running within an hour. My order was delayed due to a problem with the monitor I ordered. I was offered a different monitor. After that was resolved my order was finally shipped. All good.

Purchase price was good, however, in the past I have not had to pay duty fees on the shipping. This time UPS charged me the duty fees ($88) on top of the already expensive shipping cost. Then they charged us the duty fee again when they phones were delivered. I know this is a UPS problem, however i would recommend that you have more shipping options as We have had several issues with UPS as of late.

Very easy, the only disappointments were the high cost for ground shipping and I didn't realize "no cord" wasn't just referring to the video cord it also did not have a power cord which seemed strange. I could see how the video cord could be considered an accessory and sold separately but not the power cord. Otherwise great value and timely shipping.

Was a little disappointed a new version of what I wanted wasn't in stock and that there was no indication as to if/when it may become available. Other than that the website was very easy to use. The item arrived quickly, was well packaged and worked as advertised.

You have a great selection of affordable Thinkpad machines, with a very easy interface to go with it.
The machine came in very good condition, though the enclosure does seem to have a few significant oddities.
