My UDS2100 came quickly, was well-packaged and almost new in appearance, I'd call it 'used very good'. The price was very very kind. I needed to reset the device to factory configuration, which does require knowing the device and related software. Within minutes, I had the UDS2100 on my network and serving two machines simultaneously. Thanks a bunch PCLiquidations! I'm happy.

Easy to browse and easy to use website. Also satisfied with pricing and shipment. Only let down was that I received C-stock quality phones. 3 out of 7 bought that was not labeled C-stock. Overall, it was a good shopping experience.

The product is great, but the power cord either has a short in it or a loose connection. I made it work, though. I would given 5 stars if it weren't for that tiny fact.

The refurbished phone I ordered had a very dim screen. I also noticed a scratch on the screen itself. Your team was quick to fix the situation by sending me a replacement right away in addition to return instructions with an RMA number. Great customer service.

Would have been nice if somehow I received a an email saying the mount was being shipped separately from the monitors. I called customer service because I thought it was forgotten but the individual was nice and let me know it was coming in another box.

Googled the phones I wanted. Your site was one of 8 that popped up. Your site was the only site to give a detailed and organized list of specifications on the product making it easy to read and confirm what I was looking for. If the phones turn out to be great quality and work with no issues I will definitely be back.

Product was clean, and ran decent out of the box even before I decided to make upgrades on it. After upgrades were done it became even more of a worthwhile purchase. My only gripe was the cmos battery was dead upon delivery and I had to change that myself. Other than that it was flawless.

The original monitor I purchased did not pass inspection before it was shipped. I was very happy to hear that the item was tested again before shipment. I was informed of this via email and a replacement option at the same price point was offered. I accepted that offer and the monitor sent is working out well.

The price was very good and the service was excellent. I received it as stated. However, there was a broken piece on the item when it arrived. However,I still had my existing printer so I removed the piece from my old one to replace the damaged one on the printer I received. All is good and I am very satisfied. I will keep you in mind for any further needs that I may have. Thank you.

Phone does not work (keys stick). Offered refund or replacement and I selected replacement.
Customer service sending paperwork to return without shipping cost. Very satisfied with customer service so far. Waiting for replacement phone.

Your employee helped me. How ever the bell was not very loud and I had to return it. I was told I would receive $24 for returning it but you only credited my amazon account wit $18. And I paid $44 for it.

$15 shipping seems exorbitant.
I found this item by googleing "telephone answering machine". It is NOT an answering machine. It has a function which enables me to link up with my telephone COMPANY to have them functions as an answering SERVICE... at extra cost. Otherwise the unit functions well.

Thank you for getting it to me on time and it works well but there was no power plug - had to run around to find one.

I like ordering from PC liquidations. The available stock listings can get confusing however I find the compatibility vs availability for PC satisfying.

A suggestion regarding shipping to your friends in Canada - by shipping using UPS, we are forced to pay a brokerage fee of $50 and higher. So your very reasonable price for the items I purchased ballooned by almost 85%. If you were to ship USPS, they have an agreement with Canada Post and there is no brokerage fee. Thank you for the consideration.

Ordering was very easy and convenient. I received the shipment when it was expected.
My only issue was that the charger did not work for the laptop I ordered. I called to report the issue and was greeted with a very helpful person who assured me they would send out a new charger. Still very happy with the customer service.
