Had a chat online and felt the agent was not as helpful as i would of liked. Took long time to find answer and then was vague at best. I went ahead and ordered hoping it is the right item. And is returnable if not.

Paid premium price for used oki page printer. Open to put drum & cartiage in (not with unit) cover door came loose. Hinge broken repaired with screw which broke out of plastic. Took cover off my old unit which had good hinge... about two hours. Not a good refurbish. Nice unit but not repaired correctly. For the price a little disappointed.

This was a great experience overall. I got exactly what I needed, and it was hardly noticeable that the item was refurbished. It's working like a champ. The only small drawback for my situation was that the shipping and tax was as much as the product itself. PCLiquidations is worth your time and money.

Live chat made the sale. I installed the software from my legally-purchased disk and the PC is working as advertised. The only confusion resulted from an option I selected at the time of purchase. I selected PS/2 connectors (round plug) for the mouse and keyboard. The PC has USB-type plugs everywhere. Not a problem because I have plenty meeces and keyboards laying around.

Everything was great except the socket for the plug in the power supply was loose and can potentially cause very big problems and required that I put a brace on the plug to hold it firmly against the back of the machine.

Good, it's on the way so I'm waiting for my pc but so far so good... I have received my pc I have some issues but its already done. I would have liked to have know how many watts the psu was and it gave me the dimensions of the tower but I thought all towers were the same size if it just said tower and not mini or something but everything works good so I'm happy.

Would like and estimate on the shipping as will be working remotely. The pricing seems nice though. The Display port didn't work so needed to get an adapter for the VGA. I needed it for work so oh well.

I feel lucky to have found your ad, and I was happy to find pretty much what I needed.
I got the computer today, but I will need to call and get a product key # to get Windows. Also the cord is pretty loose and doesn't keep connected very well.

It was a simple process, I googled what I was looking for, PCLiquidations.com came up, the item I needed was there, I ordered and a few days later it arrived. Our equipment is now is good working order and I will definitely look to PCLiquidations.com in the future should I need anything similar. Thanks for being there.

Was great overall! Only wish there was a clearer warning on international shipping costs, got hit with an import fee after the package was already shipped that was nearly half the overall cost of the product

My 11 year old son, did all the research and shopping around in order to purchase his own computer. He found the best price with this site on a refurbished monitor. He has had his new computer and monitor set up for almost a week, and has not yet had any issues with his monitor.

I didn't get the machine yet. But I was advised that it passed all testing and will be shipped soon.

My lower ratings above were because I didn't receive the unit, so I can't really rate that yet. And I had to give an answer or it wouldn't work. More an issue with shopper approved.com

The add said the monitor was in A grade condition. I would say more like a low B grade, there are a number of deep scratches on the screen which show up when there is a light background. The price was good and shipping was fast.

I was pleasantly surprised when the docking station came with a power cord when I was told it would not. It made for a good surprise. The product itself looked pretty worn but it seems to work well so that's the main point. It has scratches and scuffs all over it but mostly on the top. The part that connects to the PC was in pretty good shape. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

Received unit on a timely basis.

1. Could not install phone on network,
2. Of three (3) speaker LED's, one light not working. Will assume speaker not working

Requested replacement unit; also need product return info
