Ordered a phone which I couldn't get to work. Talked to Cust Serv and it turned out to be an office phone which needed a network or something. Agent said he would send me some instructions about returning it but haven't rec'd any info

The issue we are having since receiving the computer is getting the old Windows XP loaded into it because
I am having a problem finding a Windows XP program (mainly because it is an ancient program lol). One we get this problem solved I will give more feed back on how the computer is working.

The machine was like new but after several days of setting it up I discovered that the USB 3 receptacles were a bit out of tolerance causing devices plugged in to be a bit loose. This in particular effected my USB 2 webcam which would not stay logged into the system. PCL offered a replacement and it does not seem to have the issue. I'm quite happy with my purchase.

So far PC Liquidations has been a good source for used computers. I like that you can get most devices for even less with a blank hard drive. Other places insist on installing a version of Windows for a fee. I primarily want them for Linux installs.

Device came twice without operating systems, the excuse was windows 7 pro was no longer available. I was not contacted and offered an alternate. Finally on third shipment i received tablets with operating systems installed

The monitor arrived 2 days early, no damage to package. It works great!. It's being used in our restaurant for part of the P.O.S. System and our customers are used to 'crisp' displays of transactions.

I enjoyed how quickly PCLiquidations processed my RMA claim and sent me a replacement. They even refunded my shipping for the inconvenience. There customer service is one of the best I have dealt with.

The shipping price was pretty high and it would be helpful if that price was included or shown with the initial purchase price as is a large percentage (about 30%) of the overall price.

Otherwise I am very happy with the monitor!
