Website easy to use and navigate. I made a mistake on the shipping address emailed them, they corrected my error and sent me a new confirmation order.
When they tested the unit before shipping they found it not to their standards, emailed me with secondary choices, that were equally as good as the one I chose.

This is my first order. The phone arrived on schedule. I have it installed and working. I think the phone model is fairly old but still good quality for my needs and at approximately half original price which was reasonable.
This phone replaced a phone I have been using 20 years for personal use at home, same make and model. I was surprised that I could find it... a hard phone to find a replacement. It arrived well packed, in good shape and every feature works perfectly. Thank you.
Overall I'm happy with the laptop I received. I was a bit disappointed that I had to call and ask where my order was after ten days, only to be told there was a problem and they were waiting on another shipment. I would have thought someone would have reached out to me to explain the delay. I will say that when someone did contact me about the problem a few days later they made up for the delay by getting me another model and shipping it right away. It's a good little laptop, so it was worth the wait I suppose. With our current pandemic situation and reliance on technology, waiting on something as crucial as a laptop was problematic.
I bought a laptop and when it arrived, what q and w keys didn't work. It was returned in a pretty easy manner but a replacement hasn't been offered. I guess I will have to make another order once I receive my refund.
My one complaint is that on several occasions I have chosen an item that is displayed as in stock and with a condition grade on the website, only to get an email later that the item didn't pass QC! I think QC should happen before those item's are put up on the website. Very frustrating when that happens, and it's been, as I said, several times now.
Past experience has been very good. Product I ordered this time began having issues on the second boot up. I realize there is some risk with refurbushed gear, so I will give PC Liquidations the benefit of the doubt. The proof will be in how they handle this issue.
I've ordered quite a few time with you, but one of my orders had a bad hard drive...I saw your policy saying that I would have to pay to return the pc to you to get it fixed. I don't think this is fair because it arrived with the hard drive not working...flashing folder...google searches revealed it was a possible bad hard drive or cable. I attached an external drive and it works now, so yeah...bad hard drive...not good...so I ordered 5 times and 1 of the 5 IMacs had that issue...all the rest where good, but yeah, that shipping policy needs to go. I ordered and received 2 Panasonic KX-TS4200 black sets. One set was perfect, the other was packaged identically but upon taking off the bubble wrap I found it had never been cleaned and still had stickers and scotch tape on the set. IE- it was not refurbished, just shipped as-is...
I removed the stickers and tape but the customer saw it. They were kind enough to say it looked okay. I was not pleased and offered them a replacement, but they said never mind.
Functionally the 2 sets programmed and operated correctly.
My previous experience with products from PC Liquidations has always been great so this was a surprise and an exception.
Shipping was poor to fair. This was not the first shipment by this carrier. Had to get headquarters involved. Was resolved within 48 hours. PCliquidations performed their job without error! Looking forward to my next purchase.
We need to return this phone, does not work, we ended up using another phone from other office, please send me a RGA, I have requested this 3 times already by email, please email me back
Overall I was pleased with the performance of the PC that I purchased as it was a great upgrade from the older desktop I was using. The unit was listed as having slight damage and the frame was bent a little more than expected. This did not cause me any problems however if I was adding multiple expansion cards it could have made it difficult to align them all properly.
The delivery came a little later than originally expected. Also for it to be graded class A, the computer came with more scratching than anticipated. I would hate to see what class B looks like. However the computer works great and the customer service was very nice and did what they could to keep me updated and the process moving.
Great prices, fast shipping. I love this company. A++. I will definitely deal with Pcliquidations again.
Omar was very helpful. My IT support said that the power supply on one of the CPU's was not working. Thank you for your immediate response with an RMA #. I sent the faulty unit back yesterday. A replacement unit was promised to be sent out to me.
I purchased my phone on Saturday and paid $18.99 for blue label UPS shipping. It wasn't shipped until that next Tuesday, so we didn't receive it until Thursday. I also didn't realize it was a refurbished item. I was under the impression that is was a close out item. I have purchased refurbished office equipment before and have been happy with my choices. This phone, however, looks worse than the one we're replacing. I'm very displeased with the condition of this item. I will not use PC Liquidators again - Very Unhappy!
The first shipment was broken when received via UPS. PCLiquidations when contacted, shipped out another unit and covered the shipping costs, which was more costly than the part itself. The second unit arrived in good order and works perfectly.

It was smooth ordering experience. No hassle. I haven't had the chance to test all the devices. I tested one and it seems to be working great. Did not run into any issues on the ordering or shipping processes.
My overall experience was great, finding the item, ordering it, paying for it was easy and it arrived sooner than I thought. This is a Christmas gift so I can't actually say much about the product at this time
The monitor arrived on time and was well packed for shipping. Other than scratches on the back side monitor it's in great shape and working order. Monitor had new power supple, which is a know issue for these monitors.
