Everything went smooth during order process, but after having the PC for about ten days, the computer started constantly crashing. Everytime i got it up it would run for about 10-15 mintues then blue screen of death. I contacted PCliquidations and they agreed to send me a different one and let me return the faulty one. So far I am happy with the customer service, you cant expect a perfect experience when dealing with a refurbished product, so customer service is key.
Great site with easy searching and great product details. Shipping options are very limited and very expensive though. I also got hit with import fees that I was not expecting. I know that is beyond their control, but it would have been nice to flag that the shipment was coming from out of country and that import fees may apply.
I bought an old Dell Inspiron 8600. Swapped in my old hard drive and it looks like I'm good to go. Only thing bad was that the DVD player is jammed shut, but that's not what I bought it for. So, overall, I'm satisfied.
Although there were issues with the website and trying to purchase the item, I will chalk it up to the system possibly being overwhelmed on Black Friday. Nonetheless, the customer service was outstanding when I called today. Joseph looked up my issue without an invoice number, found the issue, went even further and found a second issue that I wasn't aware existed. He resolved everything and for that I am much grateful. I recommend PCLiquidations for their customer care alone. In today's culture, that is rare to find.
I needed an older laptop to run older OS for programs I bought years ago. Only issue was securing the hard drive. It came without a caddy so it was moving around and would not stay plunged in. I came up with a fairly easy way to fix the issue. The computer works fine now.
Finding the majority of my cards here. However, I did purchase a power supply PSU60 2 years ago and when I replaced just this past week, the power supply popped and went out within 5 minutes. Too late to replace unfortunately but I had another spare on hand.
The computer monitor that I ordered was in good quality for it to be considered a Level C product. The customer service support provided was excellent and the delivery was quicker than most online companies I've ordered from previously. I will definitely order again from PC Liquidations.
The order experience was fine. However, the shipment was delayed. My client uses these older Dell and HP PCs as cash registers. They have multiple stores and multiple registers per store. I told them an approximate date for delivery. It would have been OK if I had known about the delay. I could have updated them. I was not notified until I ask. You are normally very good at shipping. So, I expected it in the normal 2-3 days. It wasn't a problem except for the not knowing. The client has been my client since 1999 (21 years). They trust me.
I purchased a computer monitor only. Great pricing, great condition. Looks brand new, no scratches, dents, screen looks perfect. It said it didn't come with a stand, but a stand came with it.I'm surprised at how great this purchase was and I will continue to do business with this company and make sure I recommend any and everyone I know. All Smiles over here!
Quite excellent customer service. When there was something wrong with the item I ordered -- they ran it through a system check before sending it and it was not up to standard they notified me. There was no additional stock the customer service rep offered me another laptop at the same price. It was all handled professionally and I really appreciated the proactive attention to solve the problem. Totally satisfied and highly recommend.

The PC seems to work ok.
There was some dirt still in there, some more airblower use could have been nicer.
There also was a small plastic piece that broke off and fell behind the power supply. Not sure before of after transportation but I took the power supply off and removed it.
I would shop there again. I like their customer service. The price could have been about 15% less to be comparable with other places.
I've been doing business with PCLiquidations for several years... I've been happy with all my purchases... My only issue is, for local customers, we can no longer pick our items up at the warehouse. Instead we have to pay shipping... No shipping costs was one of the benefits I enjoyed doing business with the company... I would like to see that benefit brought back...
Good product at a great price. They were out of what I ordered, so they offered me an better machine at no extra cost. Great customer service.
I ordered the monitor on Saturday from the website. On Monday afternoon I got an email to say that the unit failed testing. Another unit was suggested. I emailed back but the responses were very slow. It took almost 1 week to resolve and get the item shipped. Need to improve speed of response to the customer.

Missing screws to attach sidecar to phone. Reached out but not available I'm told. The screws should be included.
I also would recommend not using ups to ship to places outside the usa. I got hit with a 40 dollar additional bill from ups where USPS would have not had these charges.
Easy to find the phones we needed. Checkout flows smoothly too and didn't take too long
Just watch out for the customs clearance - got dinged twice because the shipment originated from two locations.
Mostly good, did not receive tracking information in a timely fashion and was unaware that there would be more than one package. One of the phones did not work, emailed the problem, received an RA the next day and a replacement phone within one week. Will purchase from PCLiquidations in the future.
You guys are great. My last order was handled very well and it inspired me to purchase from you again. This purchase has been just as enjoyable. I always recommend you to anyone looking for refurbed computer equipment.
