Very well laid out site. Great filters. Great customer service. Your packaging process needs work. The tight shrink wrap causes damage to the screen. One phone was damaged in transit. We called your customer service line and we were offered a replacement.

I was beginning to wonder as I was contacted three times as the first three laptops didn't pass the test before shipping. They gave me an upgrade on my order each time and I am very pleased with the service and final product. The customer service reps were great. Definitely will recommend this company.

Original item requested was not available as it was tested (and found defective) only after the order was placed. I think offered equipment should be tested before it is advertised as "in stock". Anyway, dealing with the problem by customer service was superb and I would recommend buying equipment in PC Liquidation to everybody.

My motherboard quit on an older computer. I had lots of work to do and didn't want to mess with reloading all my programs and settings onto a new one. I ordered an identical computer to mine that was probably 4 or 5 years old and just plugged my old hard drives into it and it booted right up.

After purchasing a dud dot matrix printer on eBay and having to return that item. I found your website and was very hesitant to pay so much, but I was pleasantly surprised when the printer arrived extremely well packaged as if new, it was clean and well refurbished. My newish printer works like a charm, thank you so much.

Quick and simple process. Order came quickly. Product was refurbished, as expected, but a bit dustier and with a bit more wear on the case than expected. Overall, we are satisfied though and would utilize for future needs.

Received order the next day (I'm a Florida resident).
Packaging was excellent. Computer was in good condition but I can't test it until next week because I'm waiting for cables and a wireless adapter.

I appreciate the ability to look at every side of the printer while I am debating my purchase. So many places just show a quick stock photo of the front. This small business owner appreciates the extra effort.

Very good except no place to ask a question.
Two missing items that are very important: batteries, I had some, so that is taken care of, but no instructions, I am an electronic neophyte and need some guidance.

I was looking for an old-fashioned (analog) conference phone because the meeting venue does not have internet. Long story short, I found it on PCLiquidations, it works and the price was right. Very satisfied.

Great customer services, I requested order status via chat and I was sent tracking information within minutes.

Items received promptly, as described. Some cosmetic signs of use, but overall good products. One of the two monitors seems to falter upon sleep/restart but so far works fine once rebooted each morning.

Online chat support was very helpful, I am looking forward to getting my refurbished touch screen and saving over $450 dollars in the process. Screeb arrived, plugged it in working perfectly, thank you

In general, when choosing a hard drive during the PC customization in time of placing an order, would be nice if the HDDs' properties (rotation speed, cache size) were shown.

The computer came very well packed. Haven't tested it thoroughly, but so far no problems discovered yet to report

I ordered six monitors and all six came out clean. One was slightly worn, but you wouldn't notice without looking very carefully.

Was able to quickly find the part I needed. Although PCLiquidations couldn't confirm the part would fit our model, it fit/worked perfectly. Got our phone system back up and running in a matter of minutes! Thank you!

Was contacted about monitor which did not pass Class B testing and client service representative stated that PC Liquidators would be willing to supply a different monitor of a similar spec to replace the faulty unit. Very satisfied with this, however did not receive a call back so am not entirely sure if we ended up receiving the unit that failed testing or not, as one of the units had a fairly large scratch in the screen.

Ordered two surface pros. One worked and the other didn't. Quick call to customer service and some basic checks and tests later, another surface pro shipped out with an RMA for the bad one. Exactly how things should work but don't always. I will be shopping with PCLiquidations again.
