Easy to navigate and good chat assistance. Not the most knowledgeable chat assistance, but still pretty good. The DVI and Power cord were left out of the original order but they were quickly shipped to me when I requested them.

The shipping box arrived completely destroyed, but the computer seems okay. I'm a little concerned about longevity due to the poor packaging, but hopefully it all works out.
