Googled the phones I wanted. Your site was one of 8 that popped up. Your site was the only site to give a detailed and organized list of specifications on the product making it easy to read and confirm what I was looking for. If the phones turn out to be great quality and work with no issues I will definitely be back.

Had a chat online and felt the agent was not as helpful as i would of liked. Took long time to find answer and then was vague at best. I went ahead and ordered hoping it is the right item. And is returnable if not.

I was a bit surprised to find that I received a refurb unit. Given the item was EOLed by the manufacturer years ago, it's not surprising, I suppose, but the listing didn't mention that (or at least, it didn't catch my eye).

The description said to enter my preference in the phone "brand name" on front into the notes...There are NO notes! I wanted phone that said NORSTAR if available. I sent in a customer service request for a NORSTAR if available and was completely ignored receiving NO reply at all! Not impressive!
